I came to this location to get gas as they were the cheapest in the area. Only issue I had was that unlike other Sam's Club the gas station is closer to the Sam's Club building this location. Their gas station has a very small sign located way on the other side nowhere near the Sam's Club building next to the dollar tree. You only get enter From One Direction, which makes sense but they have the cars facing you where you enter in there's no signs telling you where you need to go so you're facing the right direction. That was very frustrating after having to drive around looking for where the gas station was located. I had to ask a worker. I hope they get some signs. read more

This rating is for the Cafe worker I encountered today. Gave me the wrong topping on my pretzel and when I told her, she got an attitude and then gave me another pretzel with the wrong topping and she got another attitude. I asked for a manager and a guy with a beard came over and said he doesn't like to discipline employees because they may not come back to work. When I asked him if he was worried about customers returning, he just shrugged his shoulders. I don't shop at Sam's too often now that our kids are grown and we no longer need to buy in bulk but let me tell you about their custom bakery cakes!! I am picky about cakes and always went to the expensive store in Voorhees (let's just call them S.E.). But their prices have gotten so astronomical that I decided to go to Sam's for a cake for my granddaughters birthday, because let's face it, times are tough for everyone right now. The cake selections are adorable, affordably priced, and the part I was most shocked about, was delicious! Their vanilla cake tasted like vanilla cookies and was so good! I always need an electric cart when I shop at big box stores. This store rarely has working and charged vehicles available. We shopped here often because our baby cat, Oreo, loves their shrimp. We go here about every other week to get him the cocktail shrimp amd to fran whatever we need from there. You call the store either it keeps ringing then disconnects you or they say they aren't allowed to give you the gas prices over the phone. I have been a Sam's Club member for a long time and have shopped at many of their stores around the country. Without fail, every store has provided exceptional value and good service in an inviting setting. That all changed this weekend when I had the displeasure of trying to get gas at the Cinnaminson Sam's Club. After dropping about $400 on groceries inside the store, I went to fill up my car outside. After waiting in line for a few minutes, I began to pull up to the pump, and then a jerk came in the wrong way (there are arrows painted on the pavement) and cut me off. Jerks are inevitable. But here's where Sam's Club went wrong: when I pointed out the situation to Eddie, who was working the pumps, he simply stated that the person got there first, and needed to be served first. He was clearly bothered that I brought the issue to his attention. Importantly, there were two other cars waiting in line behind me, so Eddie wasn't just inconveniencing me, he also was impacting other shoppers as well. There are lots of gas stations down the street from this Sam's Club with comparable prices. As long as Eddie works at the Cinnaminson Sam's Club, I'd recommend taking your business to one of them. What a disaster. I buy a TV for $698 and I find out it drops to $598 within 2 weeks. I can't find my receipt so I go home. Then 25 days after I buy it it drops to $499!!!!! They won't give me credit without the receipt even though in their computer it shows my name, number and item. Why need a receipt - everything is there in black and white. So I go home and find the receipt and go back. It takes 5 people to try to figure out how to credit the card for the $698 and recharge the $499 - a total of 20 minutes! A disgrace. In this age of technology the $10 an hour employee needed help from the $12 an hour employee who then needed help from the $15/hr employee, etc. Total incompetence and lack of proper training and a continuing deterioration of customer service not only here but in all businesses in this country. However, they have been redeemed. Dan at the service desk just helped me return 2 shirts and it was smooth and easy. Also, don't forget the pharmacy. They are great! read more

I am a plus member I usually go in the mornings, and the customer service representatives are very rude not friendly and tend to be bullies. I would like to escalate this problem I have with a supervisor but at this location I just feel like they don't care like they could care less. They have bad temper and are extremely rude. I believe they should be friendly and kind and understanding representatives but they are the opposite. Nasty and disrespectful, and this isn't the first time I been having to deal with those customer service representatives. They treat this location like a concentration camp and their a bit racist towards Latinos because there were white people around me at the store and the black lady directly singled me out. I didn't appreciate her tone and vulgar attitude. The Spanish lady there was rude too, I can't believe she started to be racist towards her own race. Let the customers shop and let them shop in peace. I don't want to shop their and people being disrespectful and in different languages. I would normally buy passes/membership cards to all of them, Costco, BJs and Sams but not this store. Their customer service is not the greatest. Someone bought me a gift from here and I returned it. Never opened still w original packing tape and receipt paid in cash. I had previously called and spoke to someone in customer service explaining the situation and asked if there would be a problem. No they said, bring it in today. I stood there, holding up a line of 6 people because there was a problem with the return. Mind you, another cashier could've taken the other customers instead of being nosy about my situation. I ended up talking to supervisor after manager until finally I spoke w supposedly the store manager and it was resolved 40min later. Just left the Samsclub at 10:10 AM Saturday, May 12, 2018. I arrive at Samsclub at A little after 9 AM this morning I used the restroom and went to wash my hands, all five of the soap dispensers were empty, I noticed a small bottle of soap on the side of the sink that was also empty I approached one of the associates and asked to speak to a manager to no avail, He stated the manager was not available. He said he was a supervisor and he would take care of the issue. When I left The club the issue was still not resolved no soap in the men's room, I ask a female if she could get me some soup out of the ladies room she said there was no soap in there either, all the soap this store has for sale there is no reason why it shouldn't be soap in the restrooms, this is how germs and sickness occur, where do the employee that handle the food, cooked and raw wash their hands and with what? This is another reason why I'm going to NOT renew my membership. Samsclub is a joke and unsanitary...BUYERS BEWARE... Forgot to mention, I called the corporate office and the customer service representative seem to be annoyed with me for calling, she wanted everything but my Social Security number, however, she did call the store and got in touch with the manager (Brian) who told her the problem was due to Their shipment, the in-store supervisor told me it was due to the maintenance company that oversees the cleansing of its facilities. Worse sams club Cinnaminson!! There manager Erica has the worse attitude, is so racist and has no manners what's so ever. I was treated like a criminal when I walked in to pay for my daughters $22 graduation pictures that she told me I need to show proof of my copyright to her or no pictures. And mind you I acknowledge my rights to the photos online when uploading the pictures to there sams club website and no where in hell does it say anything about when picking up your photos do you need to bring a copy of your copy rights of the photos being printed out. We went back and forth for 45 minutes because I was not driving back home in the rain 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back to bring her a piece of paper that was not noted nowhere online or in store. She called lost prevention on me and had me surrounded as I could here them say yes the Hispanic female with the child on the Walkie talkie. That was not necessary I was not causing a ruckus or anything I was just upset that I had my child with me and wanted to pick up the pictures I designed online and be on my way. I even tried contacting the school company photographers to see if they could fax me over the copyrights and they weren't able. I really was trying to comply with something this manager or photo cashier had no proof that I needed In order to pay for my pictures. So instead she takes my membership card and puts a freeze on my account and says I will let you pay for these pictures today but you have to fax over a copy of the copyrights to these pictures or you won't be allowed in any sams club or online till we receive what we need. Which was very uncalled for and didn't need to happen but for the sake of my daughter I payed and said I will fax over the copy and left the store so embarrassed and upset that I need to argue with a so called manager over my photos that I already payed for from a school photographer. And Erica still continues to tell me it's the Nj law blahh blahh no where on the website does it say it and nowhere in store. She was full of lies and just made my day a living hell and to top it off she did not take the freeze off of my account after they revived the copyrights to the pictures. I contacted corporate and complained my frustration and tried contacting the store manager left him voicemail and it took him a week to call me back. I went to my local sams club Deptford that I love and they even tried to help but couldn't figure out what in the heck she had done to my account. That's when the Cinnaminson store manager finally called me back and was able to have Deptford print me a new card. This review is NOT for Sam's club it is for the bakery. I absolutely love Sam's club and the employees are so nice. However today was my sons birthday party and we ordered his cake from the Sam's club bakery because a lot of people have told me the cake is great. I went into the store in person to order this cake a month and a half before the party, than went back around a month before to change something on it. My fiancé gets to the bakery today, tells them he has an order he is picking up. They could not find the order. THIS WAS AT THE PICKUP TIME. The cake had not been done at all. At this point I'm beyond mad. I call the bakery and tell them that my fiancé is there and called to tell me you can't find the cake order. She said she didn't know where the order was. I asked her what that means and she puts me on hold. I call back again and another lady tells me she has no idea where my order is or what they are doing about it. Every single person I talked to at this point has no answers so I asked to speak to the manager. Mind you at this point his party has already started 20 minutes ago. I'm on hold for 15 minutes. I hang up and go to the store myself. When I get there they have an attitude with me. She asks me what flavor it was and I said half and half. Than this lady had the nerve to tell me if my fiancé had just told them that it would have been done by now. No the cake should have been done and handed to him by the time he got there. The manager did not say a single thing to me the whole time I was there. Finally they give me this shitty looking cake. 45 minutes past the pickup time!!! They made me miss an hour of my own sons birthday party because of there negligence. I will NEVER order another thing from this bakery ever again nor will my family. read more

It pains me to write this because I love Sam's Club. I have always been treated respectfully and accommodated at my home club in Deptford. (shout out to the whole Deptford team lol) But alas, one thing my beloved home store does not have is a photo department. I googled and found two near me that do. I picked the one closest to my mother as I spend my Saturdays with her and it was on the way. Let me add, I need a passport size photo to obtain authorization to take a test. It was my mission to get this photo to submit my application. So the only point for my visit was STRICTLY this photo. I arrive and no one is at the department. I ask the greeter and she says, "I think she left for the day I'm unsure." *dramatic pause as we stare at each other for 60 seconds* Me: "oh don't worry about finding out and confirming for me, a customer, about the photo staff being here or not. I'll go to customer service." I mean after all greeting is a very busy and committed position, I wouldn't want to remove her from the thousands of people that ignore her anyway. I head to customer service. I'm told they will page the staff and head on back to the department. Young man shows up and I ask to have a passport photo taken. "Oh I can't do that the only person that could left for the day." At this point I am flabbergasted. I had no idea taking a passport photo required such precision, such craftsmanship, SUCH SKILL, that only one person has what it takes to do it. I'm steaming. So I have the guy call the other location and he says someone is there until 7. Soooo Williamstown has a staff there for photo until 7, but y'all have y'all photo staff here until what, 1? Because I arrived at 2:30. Ridiculous. There should be more than one staff "trained" to take a damn photo. I go to Walmart across the street and what do ya know? The photo staff and two people from electronics know how to use a camera. Unfathomable. read more

The product values are the only reason to go to this store. Customer service is awful. I have actually brought my own employees to the Cinnaminson location to witness what bad customer service can do to guests of a building. Because of work I need to visit SAMs about once a week for the last three years and on many occasions I drive further to Target just to get a better experience. Again, besides the prices, this place is a nightmare and somewhere I hate going when I need too. I have had bad interactions from all employees which tells me the lack of focus on customer service comes from the top down. The only time I had great help was from Roberto in electronics. SAMs Club in Cinnaminson is a short distance from my house so it's a biweekly trip for my family. Buying in bulk can save you some money, as long as you can use the items before any expiration date. 2 loaves of bread for the price of one. What's not to like about that. Rotisserie chickens for under $5 is a no brainer. Very tasty also. From electronics to food to white goods they pack the place. They usually have some workers with samples to try throughout the store. A nice way to try before you buy. Bottom line is money saved every month and a convenient location. read more

They do not have enough gas islands open and not enough employees working to man the ones that are open. They close the gas station early and in cases where it is raining. The photo department is always offline so you must bring the card or disk in to make picts never ready when they say. They close early at 7. Not the best at cropping. They use a guillotine cutter and are not always as careful as they should be. Obvious evidence of vermin in the cereal aisle. YUCK read more

The staff are so very slow. I was waiting for a passport picture in the Photo department. The worker, Adam, saw me but didn't acknowledge my presence. My Mom was so annoyed that she just went over and asked him how long was he going to take before he could wait on us. We stood their waiting for help over 10 minutes before she had to say something. I doubt we will renew our membership. We will give Costco a try. I hear they have excellent customer service. read more

I Have to say,I was dead set AGAINST joining a glorified walmart and paying a membership fee HOWEVER,after placing a call to the pharmacy after a recent checkup to locate a script at a terrific price,I had a change of heart.The insurance I have are real "BALLBUSTERS" When it comes to getting a "PREAUTHERSATION" for a prescription. The pharmacist I spoke with (Evan) was AWESOME,professional and extremely patient He never once rushed me off the phone unlike the guy from the mount laurel costco which I belong to,who needs to be on Riddlin himself.for a 30 day supply of a generic med it was only $10,with the $100 membership,which I was opposed to getting,however when I did the math with the help of this gentleman,it was a very substantial savings! So when the sh!t bag insurance companies give you a rough time try getting cash prices from sams club,it truly honestly worked in my favor.Everything else seemed just about average about the club itself,it's pretty clean and very large,defiantly much better then Bj's! I still like the mount laurel costco even though the pharmacy manager needs his meds,or stopped taking them for whatever reason.Lol I think they even give you 90 days to try out the membership and will refund your money,that's pretty good.So far,so good!! I tried to return earrings with a receipt one weekend and was treated like i stole them. First the attended tried to leave without even talking to me after I waited until she finished with a customer. Then she told me that her diamond tester was broken and her manager wasn't working so she could not process this return. Then my husband tried to talk to her, while I shopped and the store manager told her to do it and now her diamond tester was working and she could process the return.... I am truly disgusted. As I shopped, they were stocking shelves, pulling down pallets and generally making the isles impassable. I have no nice words for his store... I will avoid it. read more

And I always liked the costumer service, but what I experienced today was more n beyond. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and one day I saw a post in Facebook for first time mom they get a free year membership, I signed up and they sent me a fake card and I just had it to take it to the store and they was going to give me a real one. Unfortunately I lost it, I knew I wasn't able to afford a membership so I decided to went today to costumer service and asked if I was able to get it. Dan one of the associates there was really helpful. Even though it was on the policy I wasn't able to get the free membership cuz I didn't have the fake one, he went out his way to help me. He talked to his supervisor Brian and they both were really nice and helpful with me, they got me the free membership and not only that they also gave me some coupons for baby stuff. I'm very happy to see they still good people out there that love their job and I want to say to them Thank you so much for all the help you guys gave me today. Today I thought to make a quick run to the local Sam's and boy was I in for an experience. I Headed straight to the candy isle to grab an item which was right where I thought to would be so I was in the checkout line in like 5min making good time. Then I get to this cashier laughing and joking with the customer in front of me which is fine, good customer service. then came my turn I put my 1 item on the belt and the women instantly looked at me as if I was an inconvenience. I brushed that off and handed her my card, which brought her to make an annoyed sound as if (why did he come to my register) now I start to pay attention to her as she keyed in my card# instead of scanning it like all the rest of the cashiers, and some reason she had to make 2-3 attempts before it would register. I asked was there a problem scanning it but by this time she had nothing to say to me. Mumbling back the price I had to ask her to repeat herself. Rather then handing me back my card she felt the need to just set it on the table. Having my money already out I pulled a $1 and a $10 bill to hand to the women but she'd already found her bracelet to be more important then her job, so I waited patiently while she finished toying with her bracelet. When she finally looked up she took the money made change and dropped it in my hand. Insulted I bid her a good day taking my card off the little table, she seemed even grudgingly to give me my receipt. So today wasn't exactly my best experience there and I hope in the future Sam's would frown against employees using their bra and a pocket. read more
