Pharmacy - Excellent Pharmacist Tanya extremely helpful, a little difficult to understand sometimes due to language but she's patient if asking for more clarification. She NEVER seems in a hurry which is unlike most others. I only go to her as I do not like Dave at ALL. He is curt, talks over you and very impatient with seniors. the "male" staff member who answer the phone in pharmacy was extremely rude! I confirmed all of my information and then the only comment "he" could respond with is 'how can I help you' even after I explained why I was calling, when I began to get upset with the repeated question by say look I don't understand what your asking for and then said I'm not going to let you get me upset "his" response was 'yeah cuz I don't even do nothing to you' I then told "him" it was his tone and when I got ready to tell him he kept asking the same question, he hung up. it already took me 5 minutes of a ai, about 3 minutes of the phone ringing and then another 3 mins waiting for the phone to be picked up by pharmacy. I'm having my prescriptions transferred. "He" needs further customer service training, therapy and perhaps a change of career path. read more

Rude ignorant pharmacist Tanya Nguyen is the reason I moved all of my meds to another pharmacy. Gives confusing information, unhelpful, passive aggressive. Constantly an issue to me, and others, she has talked down to me for the last time. Final straw: My script is almost $200, I have a manufactured coupon provided - Pharmacist out right refused to call the manufacturer provided phone number for pharmacists to help them with coupons. I called them and confirmed the pharmacy needs to call that number. I confirmed their coupon system was not dealing with technical issues. Pharmacist again refused to call. Very rude staff in the pharmacy. Spend your money elsewhere! On multiple occasions have witnessed their impatience and unwillingness to assist. Evening of 3/31 I was at the receiving end of a female employee's bad attitude in the pharmacy. Stood in line for 5 minutes while the same employee was being rude to the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, I found out my script was accidentally sent to a different location. they did not offer to have it transferred and made me feel like I wasted their time and was and idiot because there was nothing there. I later found out that they were fully capable of having it transferred and restocked after having to call both locations. She then refused to ring me up for the items I wanted to purchase because i had 11 items and they can only ring up 10??? read more

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and provided very poor customer service. The cashier Alicia at the front of the CVS store was polite but the staff in the back working the pharmacy really need to reconsider what they do for a living because customer service is not it. MONDO and CHRISTINA were extremely rude and had terrible attitudes when I went to go pick up my prescriptions. When I asked for Mondos name so that I could report my grievances to the customer care line he refused. Christina didn't answer my questions about my prescription and preceded to talk over me as I was inquiring about a medication. An Absolute terrible experience. Ruining the reputation of CVS pharmacy because this is the only CVS I've had to use where the customer service was so poor. read more

I've been a CVS customer (store and pharmacy) for over 20 years. My prescriptions have repeatedly not synchronized on refills even after multiple attempts with the pharmacy to synchronize them. So now I am without my blood pressure medication, which should have been filled with others and was not sent sooner for refill request to the doctor. Upon visiting the store, I'm told 2 requests (which I began via phone) were made to doc with no reply, but that the medication is on back order and not available anyway. Just very disappointing customer care. No one noticed, not even the computer, that my script was finished. The weekend is here and I'll be going without. Time for a new pharmacy. read more

What I like about CVS is the size that it brings to mind. For example, the opportunity for small talk is HUGE. I have had some of the most satisfying mundane conversations with the cashiers here - conversations (if you will) that left me grinning as I walk to my car carrying items that outnumber the words I've shared (but could NEVER outweigh the pure joy felt for having shared them). If you get a chance check out the checkout line it's great. Out of their HUGE hearts they provide wallpaper for small rooms. With every purchase made under your rewards card you will receive about 2-3 feet of free coupon print wallpaper. Some might say it's a fantastic system because it benefits both the customer and Mother Earth. Some might object. I just like the wallpaper. The distance from the floor to the ceiling is HUGE. With ceilings so high you can stare up into the rafters for hours (or at least until 10 pm) which is nice especially if you work a desk job and are constantly flexing your neck. The gratitude I feel for this CVS is HUGE. I just have to thank CVS for pushing me to wallpaper my bathroom and giving me the opportunity to stare at how much I've spent on razors and Zyrtec but also how much I could save on two 1 lb bags of assorted candies or Maybe It's Maybelline lipstick. I love this CVS location. You see, if you click on the Westmont location's Yelp page, you'll find a one-star review from 2012 me detailing why that location is oh-so terrible and how I was going to switch to Walgreens. Of course, actually switching to Walgreens was too much of a hassle, so I just started going to this store instead. It's farther away from where I live, but it's so worth it. All of the pharmacists are so nice, and they alert me to when my prescriptions are ready way before the suggested pick-up time. It's great! It's at a great location right on Route 70 at Brace Road. The store is pretty new and always well-stocked, too. read more

No help ..... my wife,child and I walked around the store for several minutes and there was no one to help. I finally went for the front of the store were two associates were having a personal conversation while ringing up a customer . That's really unprofessonal. The lady got very rude when I ask if there was a public bathroom for my 3 year old to use. Acted like I should of known that! I will never use CVS again and will promote Riteaid from here on out. read more

I am not a huge pharmacy shopper and infrequent yelp reviewer. I recently have been trying to get Phenobarbital for my pet as prices are increasing. CVS has always been the pharmacist's pharmacy for its focus on Health. The pharmacy manger Priten Patel went out of his way to find the lowest price and he contacted me for the discount. If you are in the Camden County area and looking for an independent pharmacy "feel" with a chain discount price and the easy window check out. Check CVS soon. read more

This is a larger CVS and prefer it over other local CVS due to its size and choices. It also has a drive thru pharmacy window which is a huge plus and the main reason I choose to go here. The pharmacists are helpful and have always answered any/all my questions. They have also called me as soon as my script was submitted while I was still at my doctor's office to let me know about a problem with the prescription. read more

This is a pharmacy-only review. I'm not really sure how having four employees working the pharmacy yields to poor customer service for the only customer at the pharmacy desk. I understand there is the drive-thru, phone calls and actual work, but sheesh did it take a while to pick up a prescription. They were able to accommodate though when I asked for the prescription and a non-prescription item to be put on separate receipts. Thank goodness this isn't my regular pharmacy. The way the parking lot is set up, it's not easy to get back onto route 70. It's a really awkward place to put a retail establishment. read more

I took my twin boys to the Cherry Hill cvs on route 70 for the flu shot. By no fault of the pharmacist, my insurance company was having difficulty authorizing the shot due to the same birthday for my boys. The pharmacist was extremely patient and actually went to the front of the store to buy my boys a bag of candy due to the inconvenience. What a great act of kindness and an excellent demonstration of work ethic for my boys read more
