Right when you walk in, there are times you need to show your membership and times you don't. Carrying a baby, purse, etc I don't have the hands or time to put everything down to get my membership card out. Sams club TC # 74414818206077983118 Today was the last day I will pay a membership to get treated this way. I have been disrespected and humiliated and I am absolutely frustrated at blatant racism at THIS Sam's Club. The above number is my receipt. Today during my checkout the cashier didn't greet me and when I handed her my membership card she said "Is this you?" My reply "Does it look like me?" Her response "Well, the hair is shorter ." My purchase was for $15-a box of cupcakes. Implying I was willing to commit fraud for $15. What???? I have never so been embarrassed. On 08/23/18 I went to the store to pick up a full sheet "PJ Mask's" cake, the cake looked terrible but the bakery manager refused to fix the cake. The cake only had a sticker on it, and said happy birthday in blue and the border was red. I asked for additional colors within the color scheme, to go around the borders, something to make the cake more festive like the ones in the cooler at that time. She refused stating that Sams Club could get a huge fine. Really hard to believe. I have brought licensed cakes from Sams club for many different occasions. Never have I heard such. I ended up have 3 butter-creamed balloons on the cake and going to Walmart to purchase action figures to decorate the cake. Disappointed was an understatement. Not close to being satisfied. On 08/20/18 I went to the store it was early morning so there was only one door opened (entrance only), I showed my card walked to get a prepackaged Cesar Salad for $1.98. Paid at self checkout and proceeded to leave, at this time both doors are opened but there was no associate at the exit. While walking out the door the woman at the entrance screamed "Can I see your receipt?" "Excuse me" I said. I then held my arm up to show that I had a receipt and continued walking. So does it happen often that people walk in at 8am grab a salad for 2 dollars and not pay for it? I have seen white people walk out the store with a cart full of things and not show a receipt. Lastly, order# 604880574 with Sandy the worst customer service lady that works at customer service desk ironically. I returned some merchandise and had the information on my phone because I ordered online. This Sandy turned a 5 min transaction to a half-hour one, with no explanation at all. Felt as though she knew that I was her time and had to wait but because I felt the tension and attitude I asked if I needed to sign something. She said "No." so I left without any paperwork with intentions on calling the manager later that day. She was very rude with the eye rolls and over all personality. Maybe a black secret shopper needs to be sent to this store. Diversity training is definitely needed ASAP. I have held this membership for over 10 years. I am truly disturbed that I had to experience this treatment and suggest corporate fixes this issue immediately. read more

This is a place I go to buy in bulk as I have a large family. Typically my experience is pretty normal and pleasant. Today there was a $22.50 fee that no one could explain. The cashier tried to say it was a 10% fee for non-members. But bill was $350.00+ so there was the first lie. Then, When I spoke to the manager about the situation she quickly backs the cashiers clear LIE then when asked about the mismatch incorrect math. She openly admitted that she had no idea how corporate charged me or why they charged me. Blaming the corporate rules. IF not for Zoe S. WARNING do not shop at Sam's Club online. I have been hacked twice with two different credit cards within 6 months. Confirmation emails came on $2900.00 worth of unauthorized merchandise. Then my email had been changed. What a sh*t show. When I called to dispute it I was assured it was taken care of and instructed to cancel credit card, so i did. I called two days later and nothing had been done. Email on my Sam's Club membership was still the bogus email. One item was still out for delivery. Again assured it was taken care of. Immediately I was questioned about my membership and then they tried to renew my membership when it wasn't even due. The cashier realized the mistake and cleared it once and then proceeded to charge me again!!!!! Then she said I had to go customer service. Customer service was so rude!!!! I just had the worst customer service experience with a representative named Zoe. If your calls are recorded PLEASE listen to the audio on them. Training needs to be administered for customer service reps ASAP. I literally had to beg to be able to finish my sentences without being interrupted. Then when I gave factual information about my account I was accused of lying. I had to pull up the invoice on my phone as proof. Unbelievable! Step 1 in customer service: listen to what the customer has to say. You might learn something. read more

I recently purchased a cookie cake from Sam's Bakery and when I went to serve it the sides were burnt and the cake was hard as a rock. We had nothing to serve our guests:(. Won't be going back there again. read more
