    I am writing to formally document and demand resolution regarding our undelivered Split King Tempur-Pedic mattress, which was fully paid for in early December at a cost of approximately $6,000. While we successfully received the mattresses ordered for our two children, we have never received our Split King mattress, despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter. Each time we contact Sam's Club, we are redirected to overseas customer service with no meaningful follow-up or accountability. After multiple calls and escalating our concerns, we were forced to threaten legal action, at which point we were finally told the mattress would be delivered. However, when delivery occurred, only ONE side of the Split King bed arrived. The delivery team themselves questioned the order, stating, "Oh, you have a king bed?"--clearly indicating internal confusion or error. Since that incomplete delivery, Sam's Club has failed to contact us, provide updates, or schedule delivery of the remaining half of the mattress. We are now months past purchase, without the product we fully paid for. Due to the continued lack of resolution and communication, my mother-in-law has filed a fraud report, as payment was accepted but the product has not been delivered in full. At this point, we require immediate action, as one of us is sleeping on the floor or with one of our children. This matter must be resolved promptly by: * Delivering the remaining half of our Split King mattress immediately, or * Issuing a full refund for the undelivered merchandise. If this issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will pursue further legal and consumer protection actions without additional notice. They also have a gas station at this location, but it's been super busy the few times I've been here. There is a hot food area with the regular expected "fast food, bad for the body" items. This is a solid Costco. I didn't add more stars b/c the store is difficult to navigate and I'd like to see more organic and healthier options in the refrigerator and frozen cases.

Out of all the wholesalers I have been to this one always has the products I need. I fax them the order once a week and by the time I get there it is pulled and ready to pick up. 9 times out of 10 my orders are accurate, occasionally there will be a miss pull but things happen. The cashiers at this location are very fast and efficient as well. You never have to wait for a long time to get checked out. Overall this place is valuable to me, because of their organization I am able to be much more efficient with my time as well. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to shop here.

    Hiyi! Howsit going peeps? Allergies kicking in so I went to see my NP, she hinted Zyrtec was on…read moresale at Costco. Off to Southlake we go. Okay, so no thousands of samples out today. No biggie. I was there by noon on a Wednesday so the crowd was light and the lines super short. Found Zyrtec and yes, saved a bundle of cash. Also found these nifty charged light bulbs. Last week we had a power outage. Next time I'll be ready. Coscto has a 6 pack of battery backup bulbs for $9.99. Power goes out, these stay on for up to 10 hrs so you don't bump around looking for lanterns. Even has 2 portable sockets to carry a charged bulb around like a lantern. Whoda thunk? Anyhow, didn't get a hotdog deal or frogurt berry swirl. Staying focused on my 6 pack. Don't want those 6 pounds back on. My goal is -2 more by June. Easy peasy. Love ya peeps. Smart alec sample server thought it was his job to finish my every sentence. (No, it wasn't your job, Brent) Lines were packed, including at self check. And the two badged employees were just standing around instead of help with scanning while people are in line to speed things up. Lazy? Ignorant? Who knows? To top things off, the Costco app was down. Value, meh!!
