I went in for my usual quick stop to grab a hotdog at the food court after my pushcase, only to find out that now, you MUST use their app to order. Seriously? I can't just walk up to the counter, ask for a hotdog, and pay with cash like I've always done? Now, they want me to tie my credit card to the Sam's Club app and use it to pay for a $1.40 hotdog? I am writing to formally document and demand resolution regarding our undelivered Split King Tempur-Pedic mattress, which was fully paid for in early December at a cost of approximately $6,000. While we successfully received the mattresses ordered for our two children, we have never received our Split King mattress, despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter. Each time we contact Sam's Club, we are redirected to overseas customer service with no meaningful follow-up or accountability. After multiple calls and escalating our concerns, we were forced to threaten legal action, at which point we were finally told the mattress would be delivered. However, when delivery occurred, only ONE side of the Split King bed arrived. The delivery team themselves questioned the order, stating, "Oh, you have a king bed?"--clearly indicating internal confusion or error. Since that incomplete delivery, Sam's Club has failed to contact us, provide updates, or schedule delivery of the remaining half of the mattress. We are now months past purchase, without the product we fully paid for. Due to the continued lack of resolution and communication, my mother-in-law has filed a fraud report, as payment was accepted but the product has not been delivered in full. At this point, we require immediate action, as one of us is sleeping on the floor or with one of our children. This matter must be resolved promptly by: * Delivering the remaining half of our Split King mattress immediately, or * Issuing a full refund for the undelivered merchandise. If this issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will pursue further legal and consumer protection actions without additional notice. Set was supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 days so I can went for my appointment and drove 45 minutes to get there. Waited around for another 45 minutes before they told me the truck never came. Never received any communication and ended up having to order a second set. Drove another 45 minutes on a separate day to find out that they ordered the wrong size. I told them I was taking my business elsewhere. Each time they would increase cost finally they had a set but it was 30% more per tire. The tire center manager couldn't do anything spoke to the manager of the store and said they'd give me a $50 gift card but only if I bought the tires. I told him keep it and I'm canceling my plus membership. apparently, my time is worthless to Sam's Club. read more

That call never happened. I never heard from her again. No follow-up. No resolution. No accountability. To make matters worse, while all of this was happening, Sam's Club was still holding my money, preventing me from immediately purchasing a replacement ring elsewhere. This created unnecessary financial stress on top of an already emotional situation. If you need a ring for an engagement, proposal, anniversary, or any meaningful occasion, DO NOT trust Sam's Club. Just went to have my tires rotated on a 2020 Subaru.One tire is new and purchased at this location, others were on from date of purchase (3/25). Four employees who seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with helping, told me that because the tires were older than 5 yrs old they wouldn't be able to rotate them. I've been a Sam's Club member for 15+ years, I've recently had a poor experience with the Optical department. I've used them for high quality prescription glasses the entire membership. They have changed how they warranty products now - you have to purchase an Allstate warranty now, instead of a warranty being provided... now the Plus membership gets you two months of coverage without paying for the extra cost. Callaway makes Great golf clubs... their sunglasses suck. I wore my set for app 1 hour a day while driving- broken temple piece after 3 1/2 months of use, only thing is to buy another frame per the Optical manager... buyer beware! read more

The set up is a little different than other locations but they still have the same products so no biggie, just have fun searching for your groceries. The reason for the 3 stars is their pizza... we typically love the convenience of grabbing a pizza and heading home after getting all of our groceries. On this visit we decided to grab some pizza before starting our shopping since we were starving. I like how you can order at the kiosk and pay there with your card or at the counter and then watch the order process on one of the screens. Typically the pizza is pretty good but this time is was SO BAD. The crust was there but the base of the crust was almost nonexistent. We couldn't lift a slice without everything just sliding off. This one way in and one way out at the gas station is ridiculous. Anyone with their brain on can realize that they need to get rid of the one way arrows. People will be waiting several cars back and there will be two pumps open with no one pulling up to them just because of the arrows. Wake up Sam's! You're the only one way gas station I know of. This is by far my favorite Sam's Club location. Shortly after moving to the Keller area a little over a year ago, I visited the Golden Triangle Rd. Location. After slowly making my way thru the warehouse, I had accumulated a full buggy- - - I was moving slowly because I was still on the mend from back surgery. After checking out, and making my way to my vehicle, I realized I was in a bit of a pickle, I had over done it and I had to get this stuff in my car. My back was really sore, so I decided to open the door, and sit in the car for a couple of minutes before unloading the shopping cart. Once I got out and opened up the hatch, just as I was lifting the first items to put in the back of my car I hear a woman's voice saying "Ma'am, can I help you?" I turn around to see an employee walking towards me. I wish I could remember her name, but it's been a year, I did however send an email that same day to customer service praising her for her kindness. She saw me sit in my car and thought I was waiting for someone still in the club, anyway, that was the sweetest thing that's ever happened to me in a Sam's club for sure. Something else I really appreciate about this location is how clean and organized it is. This is a very good Sams club. Lines are usually not bad at all, especially compared to Costco. Plenty of easy parking and it's right on 1709 and 377 so it's easy access from anywhere in the Keller, Roanoke area. My only issue is lack of certain products off and on. Probably still a supply chain issue but the products in question are readily available at other store, so who knows. But I still come here on the regular to stock up. read more

I'm not a member, and I've only been here once (with my brother, who is a member), but color me impressed. The shear volume and variety of things is totally impressive. Prices seem pretty good too, and it has me wanting to crunch some numbers to see if a membership would pay for itself. In this calculation, I'll also have to factor in the price of gas, as there is also a gas station located here. We were here on a weekday, and several food items were being offered as samples. The tiger shrimp, which were HUGE, were particularly tasty. Only thing that scares me is how big the quantities are. It's just two people, and two cats, in our house. So having to buy the JUMBO size of everything, well it just makes me skeptical on storage. I do plan to come back with Thuy in tow, and see if she thinks it worth it. For some reason I thought memberships were expensive, but I seem to think it's under $100. OK, just checked. Seems there are several options, some as low as $45, though the $100 plan offers the most benefits. Do not purchase large appliances and expect to get any help. I purchased a dishwasher on May 10th, 2023. It was delivered on May 26th, 2023 and I purchased the Protection plan. Long story short is the internal frame was damaged which is now causing the dishwasher not to function and when it does function it leaks. Sam's told me to contact the Protection Plan company. They told me that since its witin a year, to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer came out today to tell me the frame is damaged and was damaged at installation/delivery and said to contact Sam's back. Sam's is telling me I am outside my 90 days of purchase date...not delivery. I seem to have done everything right by purchasing the added plan yet no can seem to help or cares to help. They just keep passing the buck onto someone else. read more

In General, while Sam's Club and Costco offer good value I think Costco sells better products and merchandise and has better customer service. Usually, I am very happy with this store. However, tonight I drove 30 minutes in a torrential down pour with my 4 year old daughter to get a couple of boxes of k-cups for my husband. We walked up to the door at 8:29 in the down pour and a male staff member told me they were closed. Standing there holding my 4yr old in the pouring rain, I explained I only needed two boxes of coffee. I was still told they were closed. Posted hours say 8:30. I will never drive from Rhome to this store again. That's just poor customer service!! I decided to get gas while I was there so it wouldn't be a totally wasted trip.
