This is a great location that has the friendliest employees. It's really clean and organized well. Natural Grocers is a niche grocer with a smaller selection of goods than some of the larger stores in the area. They do have great deals if you look for them! Walked in and right away someone asked if I needed help in the vitamin section, the guy showed me all my choices and knew exactly where everything was saving me time, I then went to the Deli and ordered the most amazing sandwich and again everyone was so nice and helpful... they even carry these chips called uglies and they were so good,, I usually go to Eatzis for a deli sandwich but not any more!!!!! I do like alot of things at this store... alittle pricey on some things. The problem is the feel of the store. It is so uncomfortable. The workers seem like the life is sucked out of them. No smiles no talking unless they are greeting a customer if you see a worker... which is far an few between. It's just dead most times I've shopped. Definitely not a good feel or cheerful place to shop. Really bad vibe. If you do find a worker to help you, that ONE worker seems willing to help. Really contemplating on shopping around though for another source for my organic products due to the uncomfortable feeling there. Definitely suggest alittle cheering up the place. read more

I only stopped in for the Grand Opening, last week. I looked around a bit, ate some free samples, missed out on the "ice cream party" (for kids). Here's my quick take: They seem to be focusing on the more natural products, hence then name. That's not to say everything is organic, of free-range, or non-GMO, but the vast majority is. Large selections of vitamins and supplements. Decent sized meat and seafood case. Good selection of fruit and veg. Not huge, but mostly the basics. Many types of classes will be offered, including things like healthy living and cooking. Prices are a little higher than a "regular" grocery store, but on par with say Central Market. Definitely worth checking out. Bottom line: I'll be visiting again, and adjusting my review/rating when the store is in "regular operation" mode. read more

I found this Natural Grocers as a surprise. This was my first time in the area but I was looking for furniture across the street at Big Lots. Thankful my husband left extra grocery bags in the car so I could make a quick trip to Natural Grocers! Upon entering, I was greeted by Don who also hails from WA State! So cool to 'meet someone from back home.' He was pretty knowledgeable about vitamin B3 ( Niacin) and helping to deter mosquitoes from biting. Perused the store and was intrigued about the seating area in the back for classes. Wished I was closer to be able to attend one. Walked around to the essential oils spot looking for rosemary oil to help with hair growth. Met with Paul who helped me with more info on hair growth. What a really personable and likeable fellow! So thankful to have met him. The clearance racks were a great finale to my shopping experience, so many cool finds for a low price. Looking forward to returning to seeing everyone again! read more

Great quality, pretty pricey. I'm not writing the review for that, though. At 2:25 today I waited about 20 seconds at the cash register and no one had appeared yet to ring me up. I assumed it was the person stocking groceries on the next aisle and I wasn't in a big hurry so said nothing. While I was waiting a woman who appeared to be in charge came up and asked if I had been helped, I shrugged my shoulders and shook my head no and she immediately yelled - not exaggerating - yelled, "who's on front?!" to seemingly everyone within earshot. My suddenly cashier appeared from behind me and said he was outside grabbing carts. She said something like "immediately!" and stormed off. The employee who rang me up apologized to me and I assured him he had nothing to apologize for. This employee not being at the register may have been a big deal to some people, but what was absolutely appalling was watching a supervisor demean her employees and have such a temper in front of customers. For this reason alone I have no desire to come back to the store. I suggest this supervisor undergo management training. read more

I can hang with the price increases, I get it. Everything is going up in price. But what makes the cut for my business is the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. I will drive farther to Sprouts just because the daytime staff are so awful. Never smiling with a hint of rudeness. There's only one older lady who works during the day that's nice. Otherwise the manager is insanely rude to customers and rude to the staff. All the young adults who work in the evenings are friendly. Tread lightly here!! read more

This was our first time in & unfortunately will be our very last. First off we were "welcomed" if you can even use that word, maybe acknowledged is better...by the RUDEST employee...black hair & glasses, shorter lady. She watched & looked at my daughters & me like we were criminals. She literally gave us the death glare the whole time I was shopping then she checked me out and told me my total and that was literally it. I purchased just one thing, not even something we needed but I just wanted to get the heck out of there without her assuming I did take something with my tiny purse & two children... ...No thank you or see you again. RUDEST lady, terrible experience...Terrible selection, cheaper prices on the same items at target & sprouts!!! I will NEVER be back nor recommending this grocery store. read more

I have been shopping at Natural Grocers in Keller for about 9 months now since relocating to the area from Chicago. I have really enjoyed their local, organic produce, grass-fed meats, and specialty items. I spend roughly $600 per month here. However, I will no longer be shopping here. I recently had an unpleasant experience with the current manger. I purchased a protein powder that tasted so bad it literally made me gag. I rarely return food items, however, I spent $45 on this product and was really disappointed. I opted out of receiving a receipt for the item at checkout, but it had only been two days since purchasing the item, the item was completely full to the top, and I had the credit card I used for payment. I didn't expect my money back, but I did expect an even exchange of goods. The manager unsympathetically said with no receipt I could not return it. It left me feeling very disappointed. I know Whole Foods would have allowed me to exchange the item for another flavor with the original credit card used, no questions asked. Target does the same. I felt dumb and blindsided especially since I shop here so often. read more

Meh, I wandered into this place because it was on my way home from work. I honestly wasn't that impressed with the quality of vegetables and the pricing compared to Sprouts and Central Market. I walked in, walked around and walked out. It is a convient location but I still will prefer to go to Sprouts or CM when I'm in need of organic items. read more

I went here for the first time looking for some ancient grains. They had a great selection of grains, flours, and teas. I also noticed they had a huge selection of vitamins. The produce was nice but they didn't really have a big selection. I do think this store is worth checking out. I'll come back in the future to grab a few things, but I would still rather shop at Central Market where there is more variety. read more

We are very fortunate to have NG close. When we first had to relocate from the city to this suburb I still drove solely to either Central Market or Whole Foods for healthier choices/brands, organics, game and whole food/plant based options, but NG does a remarkable job in a small store with those very things plus a fabulous supplement department. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. Highly recommend over the regular grocery stores full of ultra processed junk. read more

Hmm. This is an interesting concept for a store. It is kind of like an expensive Sprouts mixed with Vitamin World without a meat/deli/bakery. I will go here because of convenience. They have a large'ish selection of some items but nothing of other items. If you are looking for Kombucha, organically grown specific types of vegetables, healthy cereal, some yogurt, organic frozen foods or vitamins at a premium price, come here. Make sure to bring a shopping bag. They don't have paper or plastic. read more

Thrilled to have a natural grocery store in the Keller area. Takes the pressure off having to drive to Southlake or Colleyville for organic produce and specialty items. I have been to both the N. Tarrant and Keller Pkwy. locations several times now and prefer the Keller store. It has a better vibe. The prices for the organic produce are very much in line with those in comparable curated grocers, i.e. Sprouts, Whole Foods, Central Market, with a few exceptions - today at the N. Tarrant store Jalapeño peppers were selling for right under $9.00/lb., yellow and red bell peppers following at $6.00/lb. Whilst their produce is usually beautiful, both the bell peppers, zucchini, and red cabbage I needed for supper were so shriveled that I would not have taken them had they been free. Both stores have an extensive selection of high quality supplements as well as beautifully organized and displayed natural skincare/makeup/personal care sections. There always seems to be a knowledgeable staff member around, should questions arise. The "bulk" section of the Keller store has a great assortment from Almonds to Za'atar, with legumes, flours, rice, spices, and herbs that should satisfy most sophisticated foodies and bakers. The exception are specialty Indian and Middle Eastern spices, they still necessitate a separate excursion. In summary, anyone who follows a special lifestyle/diet will find most everything they need at NG, those trying to embark on a healing journey, ready to make lifestyle changes, these stores will provide an abundance of resources to get started and follow through. read more
