The check out lines are quicker and they also seem to have some additional local favorites not found in large chain stores. The downsides are the automotive section is very weak and there really isn't a garden section with things like fertilizer, house plants, pool supplies and items like that. Nonetheless, I can get in and out of here and have my groceries put away quicker than I can get out of the checkout at Walmart and that's reason enough to love this place. Enjoy!

Well after being put through the embarrassment of that accusation it was determined that he had not done what he was accused of by this employee. (A heavy set white lady with a very bad haircut). I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately she didn't have her name tag on her shirt. She did not give this gentleman any type of apology after falsely accusing him of shoplifting. I put in a description just so management if they happen to read this can sit down and talk to her about this incident. Not only about accusing this man of doing what he didn't do but about not apologizing to him afterwards.

He said he had discussed with the manager, and my warranty would not cover the new ones. He did agree that I had done a great job with coming in for my tire rotations. He kept pushing for new tires. Finally, he asked again if I was buying tires today, because they had some in stock and could put them on. When I told him again that I was not, and would speak to my husband, then he asked one of the employees to bring my car to the front. I had informed him more than once that I had another appointment I needed to get to. Then he finally proceeded to give me a handout with 3 estimates for 4 new tires as I had asked.Then I asked for my copy of the tire rotation that was completed (I always got one upon leaving with the mileage and the checks that were standard). He finally printed one out and then proceeded to tell me that they didn't do the tire rotation. They made me wait for about an hour and 20 minutes to let me know that they didn't do anything (no tire rotation--which is why I went and had scheduled), but try to get me to buy new tires, when my warranty was in place. These are very dishonest, underhanded, and pushy people. They didn't honor their own policy. I was flabbergasted at the lack of integrity and honesty at this place. I will never, ever buy tires or do any business with these people. I will also tell my family and friends, so they don't waste excess money and time with such dishonest people and company.

I brought my car in today because it has started shaking when I'm on the highway. The guy says it's $65 to rebalance the tires. I told him that didn't sound right, usually when you buy 4 new tires from a place they will do a rebalance at no charge, especially since it has only been 4 months. The guy tells me they don't do that. I tell him they must not have done it right then if its already needing a realignment. He has the nerve to tell me "our guys are smart enough to do it properly." OH boy was he wrong!! I leave and go to Delta World tires, as they DO offer a free realignment if you purchase the tires with them. They go to take off the tire...and guess what? Some "genius" at Firestone cross threaded my lug nut. Now it has to be replaced because of the incompetence of Firestone. Save yourself the headache, and go to Delta. This place is a racket, just looking to steal your money and put your life in danger. And it'll cost more to fix their mistakes with a reputable business.
