The initial conversation with the store location over the phone was an indication of issues moving forward; however, due to time I did not have other . I asked for a rough estimate for the replacement of the alternator, which was previously determined as to be replaced by AutoZone. The rough estimate was $395. The store location said they would the parts and have them there for the next morning. The store location also said that they would start the assessment and repair the next morning. The assessment and repair did not start until after 2 PM the next day and the rough estimate to over $800. The store gave false information and/or withheld information regarding scheduling and repair time. After driving away, I began to hear a whining noise coming from under the hood. read more

Originally suggested I get my coolant changed so I agreed. Manager came out the back after doing his own test on my coolant and actually suggested I don't change it. They seem like honest people that won't do more to your car than what's needed. read more

Went for oil change. Called first for appointment, was told to come in straight away and I did. It is now 2.5 hours later and they have just informed me that they will soon start on my car (Still have an hour to go then). I would have preferred to have made an appointment than to be pissed off from being lied to on something so simple to fix!!! Everyone here was so helpful. Service went by so quickly. I went just to get my oil changed and they checked all of my tires for me as well! Nero was extremely helpful and accommodating! The worst experience I've ever had at a tire shop. It's a complete con job. I went to get a tire plugged and I was told there was something I needed fixed and I asked 3 times how much it would cost they couldn't give me an answer yet gave the impression it wasn't much at all. Id been there several times over the years and they would always give me a price estimate and it was rarely ever over $200 so I figured if they didn't even need to bother with an estimate that it's not gonna cost much at all. When I picked my Jeep up they gave me a bill for $749. I called my Dad and he agreed to pay it over the phone so I could leave with my Jeep but we knew we'd been scammed. Also, the part that they fixed was already fixed right before I went there and when I went back to ask the previous mechanic if it needed to be fixed he said absolutely not because he'd fixed it while I was there at his shop. So unless it somehow broke in the 3 mile trip from 1 mechanic to the next I had just gotten completely bamboozled. I did enter them into the Better Business Bureau so at least something came of it. read more

I am the complete opposite of my guy, brothers, dad, any other male in my life when it comes to cars. I don't notice when my car is dirty, couldn't tell you how many miles I have to save my life and I most certainly do not check my tires. Or oil. Ever. I don't give a eff about that stuff. As long as it goes, I'm good. Seriously. I needed a tire and since I have some very good men in my life I was sent here. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes, no one talked down to me like a lot of creepy ass car places do and I left with a pretty new tire and piece of mind that I won't get a flat anytime soon. Michelin Tire corporate office set up appointment for me to execute a warranty claim with their location on Kaliste Saloom rd (a Michelin Tire distributor).Sterling Broussard (manager)was asked to do a simple inspection of my tires and then to call Michelin back with a report of the condition of the tires. Michelin had already agreed to fully replace my tires under warranty at no expense to me but to execute a warranty claim they needed an inspection report. My tires kept throwing weights and would not stay balanced. I had them balanced 8 times within 5 months. All I needed was a report from Sterling Broussard and then to replace the tires. However Sterling in his arrogance and inflated sense of himself decided....instead of replacing my tires he would rebalance the tires because as he put it ....the first 8 people who balanced the tires did not know what they were doing. He informed me they all did it wrong and there was nothing wrong with my tires. He dismissed me and sent me on my way. I contacted Michelin. They informed me that this was not the first time they had a problem with Sterling Broussard not honoring a Tire Warranty. I eventually got my brand new tires, no money put of my pocket from a different location. Thank you Michelin Customer Care! DWT is close to my house and so I would always go here. The service is very friendly and professional. I drove in with a flat on my work truck one time and (knowing I was in a hurry) they patched it up quickly AT NO CHARGE. I'll always recommend Delta World Tire.
