WOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! They don't do what they say they are going to do. My boyfriend dropped off his car for an oil change, tire alignment and tire rotation. When he picked his car up it had two deep scratches on the front quarter panel. Not like it was hit or ran into something but deep scratches that are very visible because they are white in a black car. They didn't do a tire rotation but just an alignment ?!?!? What tire place would do just an alignment without a tire rotation that was scheduled. when he went back the next day to complain they walked away FROM him without a word. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT! We like to support local businesses but when they don't do their job, scratch your car and then walk away without a word, No this shop doesn't deserve anyone business read more

Called ahead, was told to come at 7:30. Got here at 7:30am for new tires. Left at 11:20am. An hour per tire, nice. Floor mat shoved up by gas pedal and door left all dirty. Folks were pleasant but that's ridiculous. read more

Danny is the worst. Bought new tires and less than one month belts separated . I had to pay retail for new one. ($30. more) . After seeing on line. That this is a problem with these tires. DANNY. We had a tire go flat in these frigid temps. They were so kind when we found out it was the valve stem and quickly replaced it and had the tire back up and going. Their kindness and professionalism are above and beyond. And then they didn't even charge us. They have no idea how much this all meant to us. Terrible customer service. Was traveling out of town when my tire pressure dropped low, stopped by about 45 minutes before they were set to close and were told no we can't help you we are leaving. We traveled all night from Maine and our check engine light came on and engine started skipping. We stopped in to see if they could plug the car into the computer. They did and we super kind and told us the problem. They couldn't fix it, but referred us to someone. Best thing is, they didn't even want any money for diagnosing it. When does that happen? I had to wait longer than usual, luckily I had a friend come pick me up and come back later. They might want to consider appointment times for inspections given they are so busy all the time instead of just walk ins. They are very helpful, always let me send them documents like registration if I don't have a copy in hand and they print it out for me! Great customer service!!! read more

After they had the car for over a week, the wheel on the Car was suppose to be fixed.They assured us it drove fine. Well I stopped at 10am they could not locate the car after they did they hand me the keys, as I'm pulling out of parking lot the tire is flat because they never fixed the wheel. Ran in to get an oil change and to have my tires rotated. They don't take reservations for that and explained it may be an hour or so, but things were moving quickly. 45 minutes later, my oil was changed for about half what it costs elsewhere and the tires were rotated for free because we bought them there originally. Great customer service, nice pricing, and honest workers. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I was VERY disappointed in their customer service and general attitude towards their customer. My daughter had taken her car here to be serviced several times. Most recently for an oil change and tire replacement. We purchased 4 new tires which have not worn well. In fact one had to be replaced. The tire was replaced on April 26, 2017. On May 2, 2017 we noticed a bulge on the tire. Which they provided no prorating for a new tire. The undercover that had to be removed to change her oil came unhinged because it wasn't correctly replaced when the car was serviced. Not one person apologized for their mistake and in fact they were very rude and condescending. They must not need business for when I stated that we would be purchasing 4 new tires and not from them one employee gave me a thumbs up! I will NEVER buy from them again. read more

My only time going there for an oil change, everything was fine except the floorboard on the driver's side was very muddy. My boyfriend went there last weekend for an oil change last weekend and we started smelling burning oil. It turns out they had left the funnel in and the oil cap off and just sitting on the engine. The customer service is hit or miss... sometimes they are friendly and helpful but overall we probably won't go back here. read more

I always choose Glotfelty for any of my tire needs. Fair pricing and they're the only place in town that will balance my 33" tires on my wrangler. The road force balance is the best way to get balanced tires that feel great on the road. Service can be somewhat long even if you have them try and reserve a time. If you don't reserve a time, it's first come first serve and there can be a long wait. The best choice is to drop off your vehicle the night before and let them call you when it is complete the following day. They have a decent sized waiting room with tv, coffee, and plenty of magazines; so if you don't mind waiting there's at least amenities. read more

Bought new tires there and requested for them not to use an impact wrench on the wheels, this has been several years ago, Billy who worked there then agreed to use a lug wrench to reinstall the wheels. Driving off the lot, I found my newly replaced rotors were warped resulting in a pulsating braking action. Billy of course, said he only mounted the tires and let someone else reinstall the tires on the car. I just never went back to buy any more tires there. The young boys love to hear the sound of the impact wrench. The owners aren't going to hear the sound of the cash register with my money again. read more

Made an appt for tire rotation and front end alignment. I replaced every balljoint,tierods,control arms,struts,swaybar links,calipers,rotors,hub assemblys,,and 4wd actuators. So basically the whole front end of the truck was brand new with 10 miles on the parts(moog) brand. I had a shake at 65 and up on the interstate.well I pay them to do the job and I leave and get on the interstate. Well now the truck shakes ridiculously at 50,and it pulls to the right and the steering wheels not straight.so that was a waste of $150. Then I go back to have them balance the tires for another$40 and then told me that the crooked steering wheel was just how it is! And wouldn't try to correct it for me.guess what I took it somewhere else and now it doesnt shake or pull to the right,and GUESS WHAT??? THE STEERING WHEEL IS STRAIGHT NOW.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE!!!!!! Scam. If you have to go to glotfeltys make sure you go to the Oakland store because morgantown is a joke read more

I was so impressed with their service that I would never think to take my car anywhere else! - 10 stars!!! My family was loyal customers for 9 years brought many coworkers friends and family to them...but NEVER AGAIN!! My husband dropped his truck off for sticker, oil change, tire rotation. 1st day driving to work he loses oil pressure he pulled over and a coworker pulled in behind him he checked for leaks was none checked the oil and the level was at the bend on the stick. The next day he went to Glotfelty and they had it towed in they called saying they over filled and was turning it in on insurance long story short manager now is saying its normal for our model truck to do that and with the miles. They had the truck over a month and took a week for them to tow it back to our house. Today insurance said they denied the clam so due to there negligence we now have a yard ornament. We have spoke to mechanics which all say what they did is what blew the motor up the truck takes 7qts they put in over 8. But drained it back to safe level. So if you go there check your level before you leave...anything you have done recheck I dont trust them to do anything on my vehicle. The one lawyer we talked to said he couldn't take the case cause of conflict of interest cause he represented them in the past another RED FLAG!!! Just please beware they are not about taking care of their customers...its all money and your screwed if they mess your vehicle up. read more
