Decent selection a slight focus on unhealthy sweets. One of the sample ladies with oranges was completely checked out and said she could care less. Minimal staffed check outs forcing most to use self check out and lo and behold they were stalled because people needed help with equipment. Cafe staff was over worked trying to both front orders and fill the scan and go orders. And the absolute highlight of the trip was being racially profiled at the door. Bad customer service. I came to order a birthday cake , and I wanted to see if they could help me place the order and the last In the back said she couldn't help me, but that I could do it online. Sam's Club on Bell Rd. is the WORST store ever. The Cafe always has whole pizza Sold Out on the app & refuse to make them when you stand in line forever. The employee's in the Cafe are rude & don't want to do their job. Today after standing in line I was told they were out of Pizza & couldn't make it (there was pizza in the window). I asked what they were out of & he said we can't make it. The other one said well we can but it will be 45 min - 1 hr at least, the cafe and the store weren't even busy they are just lazy and happens 9/10 times if not 10/10 times. The rotisserie chicken is always out too. They have 3 ovens & only run 1 especially at dinner time while people are lined up waiting. There is no reason for that, especially during the week when they are slow. Many times they have no shopping carts at the door so you have to walk 1/2 way through the parking lot to get one. Nobody cares about that either, they just tell you if you want a cart you need to go get one out there. They are out of stock on everyday items often. They either say it must be seasonal or I don't know. They are everyday items, not seasonal. The management could care less of the issues with their store. We've called Corp. & a District or General Manager was suppose to call, instead the Store Manager called & she didn't care either. I've been harassed by drug addicts in the parking lot while getting in my car. Management didn't care. We called Corp. about them getting Security, Wal-Mart has it & we don't pay a membership to shop there, the next week Security was there. That's the only thing they've done right. The only GREAT department is the Pharmacy at this location. Everyone that works the Pharmacy is great & they know their customers by name...Too bad the rest of the store isn't as great as the Pharmacy. I have been a Member here for over 25 yrs and this treatment is horrible especially when you have to pay a Membership Fee for nothing but a headache. These issues have been going on for a while now, the only reason I go back is they have certain things that Costco doesn't have. The Management there needs to be FIRED and get people in there that want to work. The only Manager that has addressed our issues to the best of his ability is Ray. I would recommend Costco over this Sam's Club any day. I am so tired of this place I am going to cancel my membership and just do without the few things they carry that Costco doesn't or find it elsewhere even if it costs more. read more

Unfortunately, the Sam's club closer to where I live closed a few years ago. This is the closest one. However, this is close to my work, so not bad. Sam's and Costco do not sell the same things. I think a lot of the produce is better at Sam's. They also sell some things in smaller quantities. So I belong to both clubs. This Sam's is huge! Much bigger than the one in Albuquerque. We had been going to this location for years now, not a great area to be in anymore though. When we want anything, we have to go back to this one, now that the Sam's closer to us now, has sadly closed. Staff is always friendly and helpful as they always have been. Store is always clean inside, along with the restrooms. Their 'cafe' staff are always welcoming and they make great works of art, when you order their pizza's!! We had heard that unfortunately, Sam's Club throws away all pizza and foods, even if just made, each night when it's closing time. When myself and my elderly grandmother pulled up to get gas, I immediately told the attendant my grandmother had forgotten her card and asked how we could look her up so she could fill up. He waved us on and said to grab him when we got to the pump. 5 cars later I asked for his help and he proceeded to tell me that my grandmother whose in a walker needed to either go to the store after waiting in the line or download the app because he wasn't going to lose his job over slowing her to use his card if she wasn't verified. I went in tonight for the first time to pick up magnesium supplements.I couldn't find the brand that I'm used to which is Nature's Made. I asked an associate his name is Alfred. He helped me find it first on the shelf but we couldn't See it. Alfred was super friendly and super helpful! He then proceeded to go above and beyond and went at the back of the store to check if the brand that I need which I showed him a picture of is available; few minutes later Alfred comes back to look for me in the store and shows me three bottles of the magnesium I need! I am giving this a one star because while shopping today there was a lady with a dog in a shopping cart. That is very unsanitary. Some people are allergic to dogs as well. I thought pets were not allowed in stores unless a service dog. Obviously if the dog is in the cart its not a service dog. Having dogs in stores that sells food should not be allowed because its really unsanitary. read more

The employees are working their rearends off, there just isn't enough of them. Customer service today had 1 person and a long line. 1 check out person with a long line of people. The poor guys in the Cafe can't keep up,every single Sunday I am there. Only 2 people and usually 40 or so people in the line waiting to be served. If you want speedy service go to Costco. We show up on time to an empty desk and then find out no workers are in for the service bay until 11am and "we will just get you in" then without confirming a new appointment. I was charged $54.30 on my Sam's club master card. I called the fraud department because I had no idea what this charge was for. No one could tell me what the charge was for. The first agent said it was probably something that was bought online. (which I knew I did not do an online purchase) My daughter finally figured it out. She went back to all my statements from the previous year. There was a $54.30 charge a year ago for a renewal fee. I was not aware that I was on automatic renewal. When I called, couldn't someone have told me what this charge was for?! No, they had to cancel my current card and open up a fraud investigation. I called back to cancel the fraud investigation and also had them cancel the automatic renewal. A lot of time and effort could have been saved if they would have just told me it was a renewal charge. read more

This review is strictly for their gas station. I have never had a quick experience or safe one there and there are hardly any lines. The computers at the pump run slow every time I have been there. I observe the slowest customers that go there, I've seen people pull up to the pump and sit in their cars for quite some time. or even sit in their cars after they are done pumping. I saw one gentleman proceed to wipe his windows. I then realized that Sams Club has the window washing buckets, those need to go. At this particular location, the gas station is located in a such a way that many people are driving the wrong way into the station. Something needs to be done for the wrong way drivers. The worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I called Sams to make an appointment for a replacement on the tires I bought from them because they were under warranty. They told me to bring it in that day and it would be done by the end of day. I had called about 15 times at least to check on the status of my car and I couldn't get ahold of anyone, the auto shop or costumer service. They closed at 7pm so I went in at 6:45pm because I was told it would be done by end of day. This Sam's Club unfortunately has gone down hill. Went to the food court to get food. They used to have the food court open until they closed like Costco still does. My grandma makes the best mashed potatoes. The best I tell you! While visiting my family she made a big batch of them. Then behind everyone's back my aunt stole the left overs and high tailed it all the way back to Prescott. I needed more mashed potatoes, pronto. I volunteered to drive, then pay for a new sack of potatoes. I don't have a Sams Club membership but my grandma does. The nice thing is if you go with a member they let you buy stuff with their membership. Not like Costco, where they pretty much escort you out the door. We went on a Black Friday and it was surprisingly not busy at all. I forgoed a Black Friday for potatoes. You know I mean business. I bought the potatoes and way to much Coke Zero for my drive home. My grandma picked up some prescriptions for my aunt and then lunch for everyone from the food court thing.
