This has got to be one of the worst decisions Sams club has ever made to try to get everyone to start scanning and going. They removed all check out lanes, except 4 and now the wait to self checkout is basically so long that your food is going to spoil! Also, whomever designed the new store layout should be fired! Who in their right mind thinks it's a good idea to put all the clothing items next to the cold/frozen food? I mean, did you not stop to think that people shopping for clothing, stop, pick up things to look at, take a really long time to decide, and then leave the cart blocking any normal pathway to move around the store in that area? It's so crowded and you have to wait for the traffic to clear to even move around in that section. Dumbest store layout in be ever seen! #FIRED! read more

What you see is NOT what you get. The weight on the 88/12% ground beef is significantly overstated. I bought several packages of this ground beef and most were labeled with weights ranging from 4.84 - 4.87lbs. All the packages actually weighed 4.1 - 4.3lbs. That's with tray and meat. I spoke with the manager at Sam's and was basically dismissed. Buyers beware. read more

Sam's Club is a great local store to shop in bulk. They carry different brands than Costco, so I shop at both. Sam's Club has a fresh butcher dept and they carry Kobe Beef, there is a small bakery, fresh produce, ext. Here are some of my faves that only Sam's Club carries; Rosarita Refried Bean, Leisure Peas, Purely Inspired Protein Powder, Wymans Organic Baby blueberries & Sheets & Towels are good quality here, especially the 650 thread count Hotel Premium sheet set. I highly recommend splurging on these sheets!!! I've loved them so much that I have several sets and I give them as gifts too! Who doesn't love a great night sleep. I They have a nice selection of Protein Powder at this location. If you pay for the premium membership you can cut your outa pocket prescription price dramatically. I am so sick of getting rotten fruits and vegetables. Ever since the pandemic/George Floyd problems they keep selling bad goods. The expiration dates are good but rotten on the inside. I am done shopping for these foods at WalMart and Sam's Club. Also the so called large EB eggs, they put at least 3 tiny ones, not even considered small. in every 18 pack. Ridiculous. What a waste of customer time to have to make another trip to return the rotten food and another trip to a decent local farm! BUYER BEWARE read more

This store has fantastic management, very friendly and helpful employees and is always nice and clean. In addition they seem to have more food sampling's which is always a great help when looking to try new food items. This is by far the best Sams Club in Northwest Arkansas!! Beware when buying cheese at Sam's Clubs AND Walmarts! They are passing off "cheese product" as real cheese. Yes, the nasty rolled and patted garbage pumped with artificial flavors and preservatives. Awesome place when you are looking to purchase items in large quantities. You have to make sure that the prices really are lower when buying bulk in comparison to buying in a regular store as needed. If it's close, the convenience factor may make it worth it to have the bigger supply. The biggest issue I have with Sam's and the reason I couldn't give 5 stars, is due to their App. The app has a function where you can scan each item as you go and when finished you simply press the pay option. The problem is that it is hit and miss on whether or not it will work! This can be frustrating because when using the App you know you only have to put the item in your cart and then in your car. If it's not working, (and you don't know until you get there) you have to put the items in the cart, then take them out and put them on the check out belt and wait for the clerk to scan them, put them back in the cart, etc. I have called Customer Service and I have talked to them in the store. No one acts like they care. No one can help. They have said it's a third party company who does their App. They have said they hear complaints all the time. If I was hearing complaints "all the time" from my customers, I would be on top of the issue and make sure it's corrected. This has been going on for me personally for several months. So I know it's not been handled. I hope they will listen to all the apparent complaints and take the necessary steps to fix it. read more

I've never been more dissatisfied with a company until today! I was injured by a broken trashcan in a Sam's Club bathroom. I was cut and bled all over the bathroom. All 3 store associates I went to weren't concerned, the SUPRRVISOR handed me a bandaid and said have a nice day. He wasn't concerned so I had to tell another employee that there was blood all over the bathroom. Well by 7pm, which was 4 hours later, it was still bleeding, had to go have it looked at for stitches and get a tetanus. Had to file a claim with Walmart. Well because I didn't think to take my own pictures of there broken equipment the store had to do it. They denied my claim because they didn't see anything wrong in the pictures the store provided. I'm not looking for a payday or a huge amount of money, simply cover the bill for my tetanus and seeing the dr. IM LIVID. Moral of my rant is if you're injured and bleeding everywhere don't forget to take pictures. I will never be at this location EVER AGAIN. As a former employee of a different club I am highly disappointed in how the entire situation was handled. read more
