I just needed a flat fixed. Their website said they only charge $12 plus parts and supplies, which is MUCH less than anyone else in the area. They got right on it, finding a staple still embedded in the tire. They also discovered that 4 of the six screws holding on my rear brake disk were missing, and the two remaining were very loose. So they put that back in shape at no charge. Total out the door was just over half the base labor cost of any of the other shops I looked at. These guys are great! This is NOT roadie shop, not one road bike in the place. Clothing parts and accessories were too plentiful but im sure they order whatever you want. They are the typical bike shop stand offish type but are helpful if they feel you have an idea of what you are talking about. read more

My husband had a pretty bad experience here. Without going into a ton of detail, his e-bike kept turning off randomly going up steep hills. It was pretty banged up and poorly maintained. The chain came off many times due to damaged spokes. It was so bad he took it back to the shop. They spent 20 minutes tuning up and adjusting a new bike for him only to discover it wasn't even charged. So he had to wait again for a 3rd bike. For $150/day I would expect more than this. Gave 2 stars rather than 1 due to proximity to trails. read more

took two bikes in (trek slash high pivot, and trek top fuel). I was expecting to leave both bikes at the shop. the slash needed a bushing repair and the top fuel needed its cranks removed. both were done in an extremely professional and efficient manner. less than an hour both repairs on the spot at a great price. can't recommend them enough! We were visiting from Texas and didn't know the bike shop scene -- the two other (bigger) stores were out of stock on normal sizes, but we found what we needed here. In the meantime, the owner was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The store also caters to the at-home mechanic. Lots of tools and various components that aren't readily available at most shops.
