JCR may have misread the report as I went over all 52 pages myself just now. Fair dishwasher only means that the dishwasher was working but that the inspector didn't know how old it was. I don't see anywhere in the report that he was called a hoarder (?) John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested.
