I informed him of Visa's policy which allows for chargebacks made within 90 days of cancelled deposits/payments made on merchandise that hasn't been received. He refused to refund my deposit, so I'm now dealing with my bank. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

So, after getting help putting my spare on, I head over to this shop which was nearby to get it fixed up. I didn't have an appointment of any kind, but the owner and workers there (I forget their names) were super helpful and even had the owner's wife drive all the way from Montrose to deliver a part that my car needed to get the wheel aligned again. If it weren't for them, I don't even know if I would've gotten back home that same night, and I am super grateful that they helped me in such a trying time.

Telluride Roadrunner is da BOMB!…read more Me and my hubby rolled into Telluride and at the first roundabout there were some HUGE potholes! It was a shaded part of the road so we couldn't see them. Post-pothole...as we continued down the main drag at 15 miles per hour the tire pressure was depleting fast. We make a quick u-turn and headed back outta town to the Shell Station. When we finally made it we were at 9 psi...yikes! At first my hubby contemplated replacing the tire on his own, but we've got AAA Roadside Assistance so why not make due on our membership. AAA dispatched a tech from Telluride Roadrunner that was finishing a job in Norwood and said he'd be in T-ride in about 45 minutes.
