I looked on the shelf and saw Pink Lemonade so I told him I'd take that one. I bought it but when I opened it in the car, it wasn't a Pulse X, it was a Pulse. Smaller and less hits. I went back in the store and told him it wasn't a Pulse X and he said, "You don't say Pulse X. You only told me what flavor". I told him I did specify Pulse X, and that I was sure that I had. But he refused to swap it out for me. If anything maybe I should have noticed before opening it, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I asked specifically for Pulse X. Lemonheads flavor ONLY comes in Pulse X. It's not even available in Pulse. I told him I wouldn't be back and would review the store based on my experience but he didn't care. Record your conversation, or check product to ensure it is correct before leaving store. For $23 it seems like he'd want to save a customer and spare himself a negative review, but I guess not.
