Decent selection of cigars decent prices. However the manager who runs the store has zero relationship skills and makes it almost impossible to come there. I have spent thousands of dollars there buying cigars. I currently spend hundreds of dollars per week there. I bought some sticks for over $170. I forgot a bottle of water. He told me he couldn't sell me the water on my credit card because it was to inexpensive. Also he didn't have change for $100 bill. Also the water was 1.25 and I also had a $1 bill on me but he said I couldn't owe him 25 cents and for me to maybe go next door for water. I have never been more disappointed and disrespected by a manager where I spend thousands of dollars. This guy has to be one of the biggest idiots I've ever encountered. It was super hurtful to say the least. How do you treat a great customer like that. Zero people skills. I will never go back there. read more

Aaron was such a star. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because they didn't have the cigars we came for! They had every other line in the brand, which we ended up spending on anyway, just not the one we came for. The establishment was clean enough for a cigar shop. We heard this was a good place to smoke a cigar and enjoy it. But the cashier had no idea on any cigars and could not recommend any since he didn't smoke them and had no option. I am new to cigars and wanting to get more in to them. I walked in and asked the younger gentleman at the counter if he could answer some questions. He responded with "I don't smoke" And continued back to his magazine or phone. I helped my self to the humidor and wandered around googling reviews of different cigars trying to find some id like to purchase. The counter help then walked into the humidor and stared at me. He proceeded to tell me they do close and I've already been there for 20 minutes. The time was 7:20 pm and that they do close at 8:45.... He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at the cigar lounge and ran off the only customer in the store. Why would you work at a cigar lounge if you don't like cigars and know nothing about them? Why would you employee someone that doesn't like cigars or knows nothing about them? Why would you employee someone who is that terrible with customers? Good selection but, like others have said, customer service really takes a nosedive. There's this husky white dude with a pony tail who may be the owner or franchisee but has this subtle, dismissive attitude like "dont bother me" while seemingly straining himself to act as courteous as he possibly can. Yes, he follows you into the humidor but that's not unreasonable; what's unreasonable is the shitty vibe this guy puts out. Never got his name because he never offered it, either, and never asked me for mine. This is in sharp contrast to stores like En Fuego and Las Vegas Cigar Outlet Superstore who value your loyalty and patronage by going out of their way for you; En Fuego allowed me to return a cigar I didn't like and get something else and Superstore includes a free humidity pack and matches. Both made me feel like I was a welcomed visitor but this store and its owner gives off subtle unwelcoming tones. read more

I walked in and the little guy was on his phone eating lunch. I asked him if he had any recommendations (even tho i knew what I was looking for) to test his knowledge. Honestly I did not enjoy my experience here, but at least I got a couple cigars out of it. I came in the other night 15 minutes before closing, and was told "we close any minute, so unless you know what you want...." So I kindly said hey, I'll come back another night. I came back tonight about 25 minutes to closing (due to my schedule, I did my best to try and rush there!) I immediately came in and was told the same thing!! I told him that there was about 20-25 minutes, and that I would be relatively quick... I just needed 2 cigars for a present... I tried to ask for any recommendations, with information, and was willing to honestly get anything that peaked my interest for them. I basically was told that he cannot help me because he closes in 1 minute and that I need to know what I want. I have never been anywhere (dispensary, smoke shop, cigar lounge, bar, etc.) where I have been totally turned down and basically rushed out the door. I am unsure if he just didn't know anything about cigars or if he just didn't want to be there. For years I would have given 5 stars but now 1. They don't honor the punch cards anymore. I would save the cards and after 10 cigars (over $80 for me before tax) they would give you one free. Great customer service. Not now, after saving 2 cards they tell me they don't honor them. I was told that they don't expire and never had any problems in the past. I have bought cigars there for years, I would buy them as gifts and save the cards to give with the cigars as an added gift. So unhappy. Not just at the fact that they don't use the punch cards, but that they wouldn't even give me one cigar for the last set of cards. What would it hurt to give me one cigar? I also have to say I had to go back to get my receipt because it was not given to me on one of my purchases. read more

Customer service can be questionable. On April 2, at 1pm, I was barked at while buying a cigar and coffee when I didn't hear the amount at first because I was talking with another customer. I nicely tipped the manager and sat down in the lounge, as I would do at EnFuego, Cigar Warehouse, or Helios, expecting reasonable service. When he brought me the coffee he said "next time wait for the coffee." I guess he hates the 30 foot walk. I'll keep coming here for now but next time I'll settle for a soda to drink. read more

I've passed this numerous times, but haven't been in until recently. The first thing to come to mind is they have massive inventory. Their humidor is a bit narrow and tall, floor to ceiling affair. It's a bit overwhelming and takes some time looking through everything and since it's narrow a bit hard to maneuver in there. They have a case with a majority of the rarities put aside there to make it easier if you're a collector. Gotta watch the prices though because some of the prices were way too steep like a Opus X Nacimiento was $55 which is prices stores on the strip may charge and I bought the same cigar that day for $16.00 elsewhere. It's rare, but not THAT rare in our town - ouch. Some of the other stuff in there was fair though. We got the last Tatujuae Mummy (Halloween 2012) for a price that we were willing to pay since it was about what most stores sell for and close to msrp. The more usual stuff though generally were sitting in the price range I expect from a B&M. I guess since it's such a crazy inventory, the nice thing is there is something for everyone from beginner to a seasoned smoker. If I am looking for something specific, they probably have it. The guy helping us, Lou, was soft spoken and nice. I did get a La Flor Dominicana Coronado off of his recommendation. I feel that you won't be stirred wrong here as they do know their inventory, as big as it is, since all of the things he recommended was based off of smoking it. The condition of the cigars seemed good overall, at a smokeable humidity and temperature seemed good in there. This store has the most accessories I've seen so far too. Lots of lighters, cutters, ashtrays, cigar cases, and humidors. I wish wish the humidor was bigger and more comfy to browse in lieu of more stuff. There was a bar with TV and looks like a espresso machine and a snack vending machine. There may have been another area in the back to sit, but I didn't go beyond where the merchandise went. I haven't smoked here and took our cigars home so I cannot comment on how the lounging experience is. If you are a regular, they have a stamp card program for every 10 cigars you buy, you get $10 off. Overall, a pretty decent humidor and one I can see myself popping into regularly. read more
