After I left the store, I was in my car and a car going around the corner sideswiped me in front of the storefront. I had gone back inside and asked of they might have any footage that could help with my claim since I say we were dead in front of the cameras but after asking the sales person, they said we can't help you and the owners don't care. We even had her husband go in a few other times to follow up and he got the same response. I would tell anyone listing to go to a different smoke shop. They don't care about their customers or the people around them. This even went to the point where the owners nephew working had the same reaction. This is incredibly pathetic and baffling. Go somewhere else, this is a terrible shop with no customer service, period.

On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

The prices are great (so are the sales!) and the selection is fantastic, they have a wide variety of tobacco, vapes, glass pieces, and other various paraphernalia, and they are always willing to help you find what you need. It doesn't take long to become a regular, and it's always nice to be greeted by a familiar and friendly face and treated like a valued customer. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! PS: don't let the homeless folks who hang around in the general vicinity deter you. They all keep to themselves and are harmless, and everyone has their own struggles we know nothing about. Be nice, treat them like fellow human beings, offer them a cigarette or a couple of dollars, they'll thank you for it.

My most recent purchase broke under a week after buying it the female joint snapped cleanly, which is a manufacturing defect. This happened my 2nd time smoking from it as I went to lift the bowl from the down-stem. When I called to ask if they could help, the employee laughed at me and refused to offer any replacement, solution, or even basic professionalism. After all the money I've spent here, it's clear they don't care about their customers at all.
