I've been using Samsara for 3 years now. I have a large property with many trimming projects. Samsara is outstanding and have an amazing GM (Ben) who is a certified arborist. This is very important to me. This team went to school to learn how to properly trim my trees and is why I picked them. Ben is so knowledgeable and has educated me about all of the trees on the property and what care they need. The service has been outstanding and the communication is perfect for me. In Camas WA, have a house looking at the Columbia River and Mt Hood. Unfortunately one 60 ft first tree was partially blocking our view and residing in a neighbors yard to homes below ours. We asked if they would remove if we paid. Initially a no, but two weeks ago said yes. I contacted a few tree arborists but Samsara was by far the most responsive, had text and email followup , and provided a fair quote. I chose them and we coordinated with neighbor. Excellent ! These guys are the real deal. They are very responsible and skilled. They safely removed 2 big trees that loomed large by our home. They went the safe route by climbing and cutting it chunk by chunk til it was small enough to fell without any risk to the home. Very efficient and they cleaned everything up. We will use them again. The crew was respectful, efficient, and kept me apprised of the operation every step of the way. The tree was in an awkward place to work but they all did an excellent job of minimizing damage. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I was super devastated I have a beautiful cherry tree that is having some issues. Everyone in their quotes said they'd be happy to come out and cut it down. Without even coming out to look at the tree the responses I was getting were all to cut it down. Only Ben from Samsara messaged me that he was coming out to look at the tree. He came out and offered other solutions as this is generally a healthy tree! He was super knowledgeable and even advised some trimming on another tree that will be needed to keep it from breaking. He was kind, knowledgeable and I am so looking forward to working with Ben and this company for all my arborist questions and needs!
