The store itself is super bright, clean, and cute. It's filled with all sorts of fun things to discover, and I spent some time in here browsing, seeing if I could find a treasure to take home with me. My group of gals was on the hunt for some kind of matching sweatshirt we could all purchase and I was a little disappointed that they didn't' have much of a selection in that area, though the ones they did have were super cute. Overall, if I was back in the area I'd for sure stop in. I feel like whether you're a tourist, or local, there would be something here for you.

While I was in the store, multiple people entered and were all kindly greeted and approached to provide assistance. There were a few things I would have liked to purchase but understanding that I was being purposely ignored made me not want to buy anything. As I was looking at items, I was even close to the sales person yet she still chose to ignore me.

After all, it's handmade and meant to last a lifetime. The service in the store is terrific; the staff who helped me were all very kind and offered good suggestions (they are non-commission). Plus, buying from the store supports local business which is important. I think the lady who waited on me the first time is Shelly, and she was patient in answering all my questions. Their online service is amazing, as well. For example, I emailed a question on a Sunday afternoon and received a response in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked (and grateful). This is why I keep buying from them. I love the Overland brand and highly recommend visiting their beautiful store in Napa. Plus, they are conveniently situated next to a free parking deck and great restaurants. What a great way to spend an afternoon!

I love the pottery and macrame selections as well as the beaded earrings artists. The owner takes great pride in her shop and you can tell. Everything is neat and organized and when walking around you feel like you're on an adventure peeking into each shelf. She is a local herself so she can give recommendations on fun things to do if you're from out of town. I'll totally be back and in the meantime, send people her way!

We came here to pick up some items for breakfast in the coming week and walked/looked around for some fun small bites. With 20 plus vendors along with the surrounding businesses and restaurants, this is just a fun place to visit whenever you're in the Napa area. I unfortunately had to watch my alcoholic beverage intake because I was driving, but it would be great to try a few of the many available options of wine offered at the vendors. Parking: there's a pretty large lot and there's a lot of parking long the street in the surrounding area, but parking can still be a bit hectic due to the popularity of this spot.

Same day delivery was great BUT I'm sorry these flowers are not $75 worth of flowers. The limoncello has beautiful orchids.... Which is why I assumed it was more expensive. Not one orchid in my friend's arrangement. Is it still kinda pretty? Sure all flowers are beautiful. Is it $75 arrangement, absolutely not.
