In addition, Travel Outfitters, provides excellent repair service at reasonable prices. We also found out that they donate used luggage and bags to The Road Home, a homeless assistance place in Salt Lake City, for the people that come there. My smaller suitcase was still quite good, but would not fit in the new bag, so we opted for buying both suitcases and donating the old ones.
