Sam did the window tint and chrome delete for my white Tesla model S in 2019 summer. I wrote this review in 2020 Spring because the time proved to me that his work is just excellent and durable. Sam also finished the job very quickly. I do not need to wait in the crazy schedule for weeks as I quoted with other tint place. I took my car to him the next day I called and He delivered the work OVER NIGHT!! Can you believe this efficiency and quality can happen in US? In such affordable price? He also fixed my left rear window wrap for free after I accidentally scratched it after a week. I am very happy with my experiences and result with Same and I 100% recommend Sam for my friends.

Dang! Sam did a great job! I had him come out the house to do both of our cars. The Genesis needed a full tint job and the Telluride just needed the front windows. The wife didn't want her car to look like a drug dealer was behind the wheel, so we opted for a 30% film. I wanted the front windows on the Telly to match the back windows so we did 20%. We used the ceramic film. As for the COVID stuff, Sam was very good about wearing his mask as well as social distancing. He was quick, efficient and well priced. I know there A LOT of tint shops, so if you are looking to get your windows done, give Sam a shot. I will update with pics when I get a chance! read more

I was looking for a tint place near my home that had great reviews and came across SamTint. I messaged him on Yelp and he replied within minutes. He had availability the very next day so I booked tinting for my Ram 1500, and a replacement tint for my Honda Pilot. I drove up to his garage and was able to get my cars tinted in about 45 minutes per car. He did a great job and was super friendly. Sam does jobs for local dealerships too, which gave me even more confidence in booking with him. He offers mobile service for an extra price if you have a garage. I highly recommend SamTint! read more

Hired Samson to tint windows in my house. This was a 2 story LR that faced the sun in the heat of the day. His quote was fair ( I got 5) and he was quick and efficient. The windows turned out awesome with the tint he suggested. Can't really tell they were tinted as there are no lines or bubbles. Also this made a huge difference in the temperature of the room. I would definitely use him again if I choose to do more windows. read more

Sam tinted windows in my home and car. He did a great job and is a great guy. HOME WINDOWS I have an east-facing condo in South Lake Union. While I have a beautiful view, I also get beat up in the morning sun. Sam tinted my windows, reducing heat and glare and improving the view (like sunglasses for your windows). My wife was concerned that we'd inadvertently reduce the amount of light in our home but no such negative effects. We are very happy. CAR Sam tinted my windshield and front windows (back already tinted). Love the look from the outside and also enjoy cooler temperatures, less glare and better visibility. read more

Totally unprofessional work ethics! Samson did only half of the portion he committed for home windows privacy film installation. He came on Monday and looked at the windows and said that his ladder would not reach two of the windows (I had sent him photos and dimensions of these windows upfront). He can do the half portion with his current ladder. At the middle of the work, said won't have enough film to cover the entire job anyways and he is going to come back on Friday with a bigger ladder and film to do the rest of the job. I paid him for the job he has done, and he assured that he would come do the rest of the job on Friday. He didn't come on next Friday and after several calls, text and follow up and changing his availability for next 2 weeks, he started giving excuses like he don't have film to do the job. And finally he said, he will not come to do the rest of the job. How unprofessional! read more

Sam was terrific! I have a small salon with a big picture window that gets the morning sun. The glare is awful & it really cooks us too. I sent out multiple requests on Yelp & Sam got back to me first & he could come the next day. The price quoted was fair. He was very professional & super nice. He showed me samples on my window & answered all my questions. The tint we chose gives us the sun control, uv protection, insulation & still allows visibility from outside. The station in the window is no longer an oven. Being a small business owner myself I love to support other small business owners. With it being summer, Sam's assistant is his teenage son. Did a full tint with xpel prime XR plus and saw great reviews but after hiring him that's not true. Quality of install is below average. Every window has blade cut marks on the glass, edges of the tint are not tucked and more dirt in the tint than I would prefer. Quality tint is nice but installed did not care and caused excessive damages. I wouldn't use him again. read more

They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The prices were very reasonable so we scheduled time for the installation. I arrived on a weekend and the shop was lobby/waiting room was warm (it was winter outside) and very clean. The facility also provides a clean restroom. Joon came in from the shop to greet me: he was very friendly, answered all my questions about the tint job, gave some recommendations on the film and darkness of the tint, and after care. He estimated 4.5 hours for the install so I took a Lyft home. He finished the job within 4 hours and gave me a courtesy text 30 minutes before it was ready for pickup, which was enough time for me to catch a Lyft back. The tint installation is perfect. I waited to post this review until the tint was cured enough to roll the windows down 7 days later. When I rolled the windows down, I saw that the tint was perfectly cut to the edge of the window so you cannot even see where the film ends. Perfect install. The prices were very reasonable so we scheduled time for the installation. I arrived on a weekend and the shop was lobby/waiting room was warm (it was winter outside) and very clean. The facility also provides a clean restroom. Joon came in from the shop to greet me: he was very friendly, answered all my questions about the tint job, gave some recommendations on the film and darkness of the tint, and after care. He estimated 4.5 hours for the install so I took a Lyft home. He finished the job within 4 hours and gave me a courtesy text 30 minutes before it was ready for pickup, which was enough time for me to catch a Lyft back. The tint installation is perfect. I waited to post this review until the tint was cured enough to roll the windows down 7 days later. When I rolled the windows down, I saw that the tint was perfectly cut to the edge of the window so you cannot even see where the film ends. Perfect install. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher.

The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.
