The pizza came out 10 minutes before the salad with the excuse from the kitchen that the "salad line is backed up", It's lettuce pepperoni, cheese and some dressing. When you don't properly train and guide new help it isn't a bad reflection on them, it a reflection on the owner, manager and staff that are afraid a younger more energetic person will show them up.
