It just wasn't our favorite texture/flavor... and the breadsticks were overcooked, hard & crunchy. They also forgot the nacho cheese sauce. A few weeks later we gave them another shot- subs and breadsticks. They gave us a half order of sticks instead of the full order we had paid for- and forgot the cheese sauce again. They had us wait for a fresh 5 breadsticks to be made. Thankfully the second batch was soft because the first batch, which my husband specifically asked to not be overdone... were in fact, overdone. My sub had hardly any toppings on it at all. I kid you not, it seemed like I was literally just eating bread. My husband thought his sub was pretty good, a cubano, although the bread was overdone. The pick-up window where cars pull up is way too high. Like awkwardly so.
