Food was just ok. Service was much worse. Forgot the appetizer. No check on drink refills. No offer of parmesan cheese. No offer of dessert. Had to find our server to get the check. That's what happens when management allows kids to run the restaurant. Definitely not worth the $85 for a meal for two. Went to the restroom twice where apparently the hosts hang out on their phones. read more

I ordered on Uber Eats last night and I'm very disappointed. I got the chicken Bryan, but the chicken was so burnt it was almost impossible to chew and it tasted awful. The burnt taste overpowered the entire thing and the chicken itself had a solid crust on the outside. The salad that came with it was half edible. The other half was wilted and pink. I've been ordering from Carabas for years and this is my first time trying this location. Im very disappointed and can't believe I waisted that much money on a meal that was barely edible ($29 for a main, side, and salad). Maybe the in person experience is better, but the fact that someone allowed that food to be delivered is just sad. The salad was visibly bad through the clear lid, meaning whoever packed the order just ignored it, and whoever obliterated my chicken packed it up with no second thoughts. read more

Such a great dinner experience. Starting with the bartender, she was great. The steaks were cooked perfect, I got the prime rib with spinach and wife got the filet. And a side of penne pasta with pomodoro sauce. Sooo good. Glasses of wine and ambiance was great. We didn't have reservations. But the bar had a couple seats so we didn't have to wait 30 min! Joe was our waiter, and he did a wonderful job even though he had just started. We're from Florida and longtime fans of this chain--at one point dining there up to three times a week. The food was terrific, and the 2-for-1 happy hour was a great bonus. The only drawback in those days because of the popularity was the wait, which could be up to an hour and a half for seating. Unfortunately, about 10 years ago we noticed a steady decline in both food quality and portion size, and eventually we stopped going, as did many others. This visit, however, was a very pleasant surprise. The salad was fresh, flavorful, and generous in size. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, Mezzaluna, and chicken piccata. All of the entrées were large, hot, and delicious--just like in the early days. Hopefully, our Florida location is experiencing the same renaissance. We'll be back soon. read more

First time going here, called 2-3 weeks before to set a reservation for Valentines Day. We get to the restaurant and our name is not in and they said even if we had a reservation we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. Told us they don't do reservations when we clearly called and set one up. Said they are "call aheads" letting them know we're coming in which does what exactly??? Everything was good till we got the bill. We had a gift card that had a balance of 15.03 and had the previous receipt with it. When the waitress came back she had already charged my credit card and the gift card only took off 5.03 when I questioned it all the waitress said was I already threw away the gift card and receipt. I was not going to argue over 10 dollars I am just disappointed with how the situation was handled seeing I know it had 15.03 on it since I always wrap the receipt around the gift card with the balance. So if using a give card don't give both the gift card and credit card to the waitress at the same time. read more

I had an awful experience with Carrabba's Italian Grill when ordering through Uber Eats. They gave my order to the wrong driver, which not only cost me valuable time but also left me out of money. When I reached out to address the issue, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a resolution. This complete lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I won't be ordering from Carrabba's again. If no verification process is in place for 3rd party orders there certainly needs to be one implemented. read more

I want to start by saying I love Carrabbas. The Fettuccini Carrabba is one of my favorites. The last 2 times I went to this location the service has been very poor. This past time the hostess sat us and never even smiled or said more than 2 words. We waited 20 minutes for bread. We got our drinks and salad before we got bread . The server kept blaming other people and never apologized for the wait. Seemed very unprofessional. After this time it will be a while until I go back again. read more

I went to Carrabba's yesterday. We were seated at the far end of the restaurant. It had a strong cold draft. It was so cold we had to leave our coats on. We also had to have our food heated up because it got cold so quick. We complained and the waitress told us the heat was on. Wow!! Some other people came in and were seated by us and had to move to another table. I watched a table close by ours clean up the floor because their son had spilled a glass of water. I noticed the staff watching them but no one offered to help. One of the staff actually had a mop by a table they were sorting silverware. My friend ordered the Chicken Marsala. About 3/4 of the way through her meal she noticed the chicken was very pink. The waitress took her meal off her bill. We had to ask for the extra dishes to be taken from the table. (That should be a given) Another staff member had delivered some of the food. She handed it to my friend instead of putting it on the table. She has a vision disability and can't see where to put the dishes and couldn't see when the staff was handing it to her. To say we were disappointed is putting it mildly. Things have really been going downhill but this was the worst!!! read more

absolutely the worst Italian food I ever had! it was a delivery order but came within 45 minutes of ordering which was a positive. Soup was cold, not room temperature cold but out of the refrigerator cold. then onto my chicken parmigiana which I spat out half of it because it was so chewy. Absolutely so sauce on it and the side of pasta was way over cooked and again no sauce. Lobster ravioli was lacking in lobster and once again ice cold. Best part of the meal was the bread! We arrived early Sunday evening and we're quoted a 25 minute wait...no big deal, maybe 5 minutes later we were seated! I love when under promise over deliver is enacted!! Monica was our server, she made sure our water glasses were never empty Chicken trio-a must try. Tomato caprice , and Parmesan chicken. Everyone was well fed! We are so quickly I forgot pictures!! Went here today because I was given a gift card. The service was great! The food and interior however were not. The food was really salty from the ranch dressing to the grilled chicken and sausage lentil soup. And now the place itself. Dry wall dust on the top of the booth seat backs and clear caulking around where the table tops met the wall and I'm a skinny guy and I had to hold my stomach in to not feel like a table was cutting me in half .Screws were partially drilled In ouch to tops of booth seats too. Idk who did a remodel or what seems to be a remodel but I can tell you I won't be back no need for a $30 plate of over salted food with a view of shotty workmanship. read more
