Me and my husband came in Friday night to enjoy our anniversary when we were greeted by the manager I think her name was casey. She started out being very nice untill I went to the restroom and when I came back I find out the manager gave my husband her number and told him that she could call him anytime because she thought he was cute. Iv never heard of someone doing something like this when I'm with my husband and especially on our anniversary I was completely mind blown. I am a Norte dame student and I don't go out to eat that much, but tonight I decided to go to carrabbas. I ordered the chicken Parmesan which was recommended by my server. When the food was brought to the table the cheese was very dry and the chicken itself was Burnt. So when the server came back I asked for the manager. When the manager arrived after twenty minutes of waiting for her, the reply I got was that's what you ordered there is nothing we can do for you. I had chicken Marsala and it was a bit over cooked but after telling the servers they not only replaced it quickly but also gave me extra portion. I don't know who or what happened that this restaurant is only rated 3.2 stars in general, but this is a five star restaurant with incredibly affordable prices! I think if they had accepted phone payment, checks, or venmo during their credit card issue, my 3 star rating would have been a 4 star but hopefully, they get a bit more flexible in their payment options in the future! I would come back here though and would like to try a dish they are known for, such as the panquake or one of their burgers! FYI, it is COLD in here so plan accordingly! I was freezing the entire time. My bf said this is typical for places that cater to the elderly.
