The park's walking path surrounds a lake and you'll probably encounter a giant teddy bear statue and teddy bear garden in the park along the bridge area. The landscaping here is prestine and breathtaking with the grass freshly cut and trees held up nicely. Plenty of residents walk here with their dogs or have picnics here. You'll also likely see some people working on their photography skills with photo shoots here. And you may run into a flock of ducks here adding to the tranquility of this park. Though very small and delicate, this would the perfect place for photography, read a book, even perhaps some meditation. There is unique stones statues placed here from, Dragons, to gargoyles, angels. The trees are delicately placed, some I have never seen before with many beautiful colors and foliage. I loved it when I came to check it out, many much parking so you may get luck if there is not many people there, which usually there are for taking pictures. It is not a big place, it is very small, but enough to take a nice little stroll and enjoy for whomever made this place available to the public. Note - When we arrived there are sign's at the entrances that say, in order to enter this property you had to call a number that was on the sign and ask for permission first before entering. I did not call, and just walked around admiring the garden as many others did. Though, if you do plan on going, enter at your own risk ( You prob should call and ask for permission first). Sadly I did not take a picture of the sign. I was probably only there 15 minutes at the most to enjoy the whole garden. I'd love to go back with my camera to take some nice pictures sometime. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, put the phone away and enjoy some tranquility and a good walk. The park is made up of trails that are elevated and lower trails beneath for walking and jogging . The elevated trail is gravel but there are sidewalks for the lower level paths. You can see the Dallas skyline and variety of wildlife . Parking is ok, but could use some renovating . There are several ponds and a few resting areas. Not really shaded unless your under a bridge so not an ideal place when bad weather occurs . If you're new to Dallas or have never been, I highly suggest talking a stroll through this park.

Let me tell you all the ways I love the Trinity Skyline Trail. It's easy to access from several…read moreareas. It offers great sunrises. There are not a lot of people on the trails. The views of downtown and all the bridges is something else. You can feel like you're all alone out there, but so close to the action too. As a woman, we always have to be viligant about our surroundings, and I would not come here at night. I've been early in the mornings, when it's still a little dark out, so I usually walk up on the levees. You can see people coming from far away. I ran into an after-hours party one early Saturday, but since a flock camera was installed, I have not seen the kids out there - just people getting their fitness on, or the occasional hobo. I believe the entire trail goes about 4+ miles. When the weather cools off a little, I'll tackle the entire thing. Right now, I am enjoying the solitude and pumping up my music and dancing a little down the trail. If you hear cats screaming - it's just me singing along to Chappel Roan, so don't fear.

The trail is well-kept and clean, giving some of the most breath-taking views of the city. It's perfect for walking/biking and for renting a scooter. I saw plenty of people snapping photos/videos/selfies for their feed and rightfully so. No doubt you'll get some of the best views of Dallas when you're here!
