Unfortunately I did not get anyone's name, but the manager was superb, really made a great effort to ensure that the ring returned in better condition than when I brought it in. The young lady (who's Friday is actually her Friday) was amazing as well. The quality of the work was outstanding! I actually tried the other jewelry shop in the mall but they were unable to help. I'm glad, because I probably wouldn't have walked into Morgan's. I will definitely be back!

Rich took my necklace and immediately started to work on it. Long story short...it was dirty, not bad metal like I suspected. He worked on it, polished it, steamed it and polished it again. The girls and I headed over to Montgomery for a birthday celebration beverage, then headed back to R. P. Ellis. Rich, the owner handed me my shiny, clean necklace....and charged me nothing!!! Retro cat eye with rhinestones. I was able to have my prescription filled in short order. When I got back to where I live the glasses arrived within a week or so.
