I used the bug wash and scrubbed the front of the car before I went to the wash. The wash did nothing to clean the car. So I am having to go find a self wash place and wash the car again. If I pay $20 for a carwash it needs to clean the car. Lesson learned it is always best to do it your self. UPDATE FROM A RESPONSE FROM ON GOOGLE FROM BUSINESS: The response from the business was ridiculous. It was pretty much blaming me for not cleaning my car correctly. They stated that they reviewed the cameras and that I had not washed my car since July 2023. That was because I was using Rich's on Airport. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review. Just as other reviews were not happy with the car wash. I have learned my lesson and this will be the last time that I visit this location.

I was concerned that we not only would be able to find a place to take us that late on a Friday afternoon but also that we would get an honest assessmment. All these concerns were put to ease with a phone call met with a friendly and reassuing voice telling me to come on in and they would take a look! I arrived at AA Transmission and had the pleasue of meeting Danny, Joe and Kristen. The team had the issue diagnosed and fixed within no time. The issue was minor and they let me go free of charge which I made such an impression on me. They knew I was from out of town and therefore would not be able to be a returning customer (which I would if I lived in town) which speaks to the type of business AA Transmission is.. one of honesty, integrity and impressive customer service! They offer free glass cleaner solution spray and unlimited microfiber towels for you to use there so you have everything except special/specific products you may want to use.
