Final (hopefully) edit (3). Spoke with Mike, & he said I was clearly the sort of person who…read moredeliberately gives 1-star reviews. He obviously looked into my profile, but didn't look at all the reviews I have given. He told me I should consider giving better reviews for businesses I have interacted with. Well, Mike, I looked at the low reviews you have received, and there is clearly a trend in "had an appointment, was still there for X hours with no communication". After each one, the service manager or Mike responded with "thanks for the feedback, we'll make sure to do better in the future." Clearly, you haven't learned. And to switch the incident around to "Ian leaves bad reviews" is so passive-aggressive I'm not surprised that your employees have no notion of customer satisfaction. He said they had been having technical issues with the video of the inspection, and he didn't know why I wasn't given the evidence of the findings. Maybe it was because they were going to charge me $28 for a cabin filter replacement, even though it had clearly not been inspected - the contents of my glove box were exactly as I left them, and the catch to open the filter compartment is impossible to open. Note that at no point did I ask for a refund - I had written off the ~$150 as a "lesson learned" never to do business with this dealership again. Further Edit (2). Mike's response below claimed he was on the call. He did not announce himself. When the service manager called me, he said he was just returning my missed call/voice mail and was not aware of the reason for my call. Why would a senior manager be (stealthily) on a call if they didn't know I was calling with a complaint? Edit 1. The Service Manager called me and, after discussing the case, said that if I came back in, they would do a more thorough inspection as long as I deleted this review. When I asked if I had heard him correctly, he denied saying it and said he would send me a refund for the inspection. Original review: I had an appointment time at 11am. When I made the call I specifically asked for a detailed inspection of the used Camry I had recently bought. I was told they did a 160 point inspection for $180. I was asked if it was OK that the report was emailed to me rather than hard copy. The person making my booking said that at the mileage I had (125k), they would need to check spark plugs and other 100-125k maintenance items because they couldn't see a maintenance record (previous owner was a mechanic and did his own servicing). I arrived at 10:50 and was told it would take 90 minutes. After almost 3 hours of waiting, I texted the associate, and he came to tell me that he had waited on a senior tech and that he had only just started the inspection. When I mentioned the 11 am appointment time, he said that was just for check-in, not the inspection. If I had been told this at the time, I could have made alternate arrangements. When I finally got the hard copy report (he said he couldn't email it to me) it was only 30 items ($150), not 160, and basic things like the battery test results and the details of axle boot repair were missing. I asked if there were pictures to support the findings and he said no. While I was checking in he took a call from another customer and I clearly heard him say that he had reviewed the video of the service and was able to confirm the findings. This appears to be standard operating procedure, but I was not allowed to see it. As part of my process I uploaded the report to Chat GPT which highlighted the missing items on the report, including the lack of inspection of the spark plugs which I had been promised on the initial call. When I told Daniel I had run it through AI and had some concerns, he walked away and muttered "we don't use AI here". Maybe you should start and achieve better quality inspection results and give your people some customer service training. Needless to say I will not be returning and will let everyone know what a horrible experience I had. Over 4 hours with zero communication, no apology, and snide remarks.

Delivered directly in front of our home (from AL to TX) in excellent condition and at an extremely low mileage. This is my second time purchasing from this dealership. Previously, I perused their newly constructed complex and found the dealership to be both clean and modern on the inside. Overall: 10/10 I'd strongly recommend looking to purchase here!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!! We purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS. The radio did not work and we were…read morerepeatedly told during the test drive that ANYTHING wrong with the vehicle would be fixed by them. Let's discuss the financing really fast before we get into all of the issues with the vehicle. We were told we had a 13% interest rate. We got the paperwork MAILED TO US they would not give it to us there- and suprise we had a 29.99% interest rate. Wtf! When we discussed this with them on the phone after receiving the paperwork we were told that the interest rates were just high rn and to come back in 6 months to refinance and they promised it would be no issue to get us a lower interest rate. They also financed us through a predatory finance company called Santander which was not the one we were supposed to go through. They will literally finance you through whomever gives THEM the most money for the car and not what is best for you as the customer. We bought the car. The next morning-NOT EVEN 12 hours of having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I immediately called and since it was a Saturday I was told it would have to wait until MONDAY when the actual techs were in. Imagine my surprise when MONDAY morning I call the person that sold me the vehicle, Ryan whom during the purchasing said he would be there for us with this vehicle- told us that he just "sold the car" and that we would have to work with the maintenance dept to get it looked at. It took forever to get the car looked at. We had a previously scheduled appt for the radio. The radio was fixed- THATS THE ONLY DAMN THING EVER TOUCHED- while there we told them the light was on and we were having major issues with the car. The check engine light was on, the transmission was making a weird shutter, and the tires were making a weird noise. They refused to look at it and told us another appt would have to be made. Two weeks later we take the car to the appt for the check engine light. Come to find out it was a shutter system on the front of the car. They told us it was fixed and all they did was CLEAR THE CODE. The next morning I left for work and the light came back on.-surprise. We had also mentioned an issue/shutter with the transmission in the car. We took it back as the light was back on and told them about the transmission. They "reprogrammed" the active shutter system and said nothing was wrong with the transmission and they drove it and didn't feel the shutter. I had reset my mileage before dropping it off and they literally drove the car 3 miles. After leaving this appointment and yet again being told nothing was wrong the light came back on. I was extremely worried about my vehicle and was getting the run around from Skco and it was taking WEEKS to get any appt and nothing was being done so we took it to another shop. My back wheels were about to FALL OFF. The back axels were about to come out of the rear end. Every single bolt was loose and backed out. That was the big reason for the noise/vibrations we were feeling but Skco couldn't feel. We also had them look at the transmission so see about the shutter and Cadillac said the transmission was going out and we could flush it to try and help lessen the shutter- again Skco said nothing was wrong with the transmission. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON A CAR WE JUST PURCHASED. SKCO REFUSED TO ADMIT ANYTHING WAS WRONG AND GAVE US A CONTINUAL RUN AROUND. Fast forward a few months later the transmission fully went out and it was $7,800.00 to rebuild or $10,000 for a new transmission for a vehicle we financed at $18,000. I also had to stack the negative equity onto a new vehicle as I was stranded and was going to loose my job. The new company we bought the vehicle through has been a DREAM. I can call my sales associate for ANYTHING and he always answers and does anything he can do help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MULLINAX FORD. Mr. James Hankins is absolutely an angel and will get you taken care of. I even have his personal cell phone number! Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything here.
