This resulted in a large quantity of the toilet water going into my storage room and causing significant damage to photo albums, paper records, etc. Your man returned to reinstall the toilet. This time the drain pipe the toilet attaches to got cracked. As a result, when he left, the nuts that secure the toilet to the drain pipe could not be tightened and the caps that cover the nuts were missing. In addition, the toilet was not caulked. The next time I called them, it took three visits and several workers to compete the tasks.
