I have never in my life shared my living space with a roach ever and I was not going to start. I called to let the park know and they seemed unconcerned...their response was "we never heard of that before" well I'm telling you, they have a roach problem somewhere. We left, I can not live in that kind of environment. I again suggest to the owner they call a company to spray. The spot we were at were full of glass, they do not clean there is litter throughout the park on the ground. They do not enforce their own rules, dogs left outside in chains, barking, tarps covering RVs, no one picks up after their animals. This park did not meet my standards at all. I have never left a park earlier than we reserved until we stayed here.

The room did not have any empty plugs so we had to ask management for an adapter. There is NO ice machine. They use a cooler and fill it with ice ( very unsanitary). The breakfast consists of bagels and muffins. If you want something warm you pay extra. The room was clean the bed was comfortable,but Not worth $155 + tax about $185 total.I saw a $100 charge on my account. They put a hold on your card.I called tonight to ask how long it would take to be released and was told it could take 4 days. Also was told I could be charged $5 for a make up stain on a wash cloth if it doesn't come off. UNBELIEVABLE.

The staff was very helpful with all thing requested I had a problem figuring out how to work the remote for the tv couldn't figure out the volume and the young man came to my room to show me and I felt less than able once he showed me how it worked. Gotta push up and down not in who knew. All in all a wonderful stay at an amazing place.

He explained the process step by step, found a replacement car, even went to the lot to check the tires of the new car to assure our safe trip. This hotel is approximately one year old as of 3/23. Everything is new and in great condition. The bedding is excellent. The style is modern and slightly minimalist. The bathroom is great with a handheld shower and large counter. One criticism though - the management should loose the fluorescent lighting and add lights in the bath. Not really good if your eyes aren't perfect. I highly recommend this venue!
