I just moved here, and i dreaded going to the DMV, from my previous state, it's always been a long, waiting nightmare to get anything done. I tried mapping the tax office, but it kept giving me the south address and i needed the north. I was frustrated already. But this place popped up, and i thought I'd give it a try. Easy to find, right off the street, lots of parking, I walked in and it was empty. A very nice woman greeted me and sat me down. We went all over my paperwork ( i pre-filled out before coming in) i gave her all my information and i kid you not, 20 minutes later, i had my plates, sticker and registration papers in my hand. (it took longer because we spoke a bit) I asked her if the license office was close by, and she highlighted a paper for me with the address that was 17 minutes away (the address i had was 45 minutes away!!) I paid what i needed too (3% extra for using a card) and i was on my way. It was SO simple, fast and easy. She said she was glad i chose to come here, because the tax office i originally was going to did not help out filling out paperwork and took a very long time. I'm glad i went here, I recommend it. Great experience. I was selling my truck and needed to transfer the title. I did not want to go downtown to a government office, fighting the traffic and parking. I've driven past this place many times and didn't even know it was there. We showed up with the buyer and after a short wait were helped by a very kind lady who guided us through the process. I was here before to get my car registered. Word of advice? Please don't comment "It's always the Californians" in an exasperated way when a customer is transferring from California. I don't believe the comment was a joke, and even if it was, it's still unnecessary. I am well aware that many Texans have weird opinions about people they do not know moving here from California, without even knowing their background or reason. Maybe it's a political, chronically online thing? I'm not sure. However, we lived there for work. We are not from there. My husband (born and raised in Texas) and I (former military kid who has lived in and considers Texas home) moved BACK to Texas because of work and to live closer to our family FROM TEXAS. So, no, it's NOT "always the Californians". That comment was very unprofessional and made me feel very judged. It didn't make me feel welcomed at all to a state that I love and respect so much. I was highly annoyed she made me feel even more uncomfortable when the process of switching states was already stressful enough! Please, don't do that to people. Unfriendly service. The service lady was taking a personal call during my transaction and just pointed to the area I had to sign. No "thank you" or closing remarks after the transaction so I just left after my signature. It's quick and easy with very little interaction. Don't expect a smile. read more

I've been coming here every week for years bringing title work for a large used car dealership. Angelica was a fantastic help every time I was there before her departure. Its really unfortunate that we no longer want to do business with this office because the customer service has completely went downhill ever since. Natalie is very rude and has the worst attitude every time I need help with title transfers and has even refused to do work for us, Which was the last straw for us. it's a shame because this is the most convenient office located to us so have to now go out of my way to find another location with nicer employees. not worth it anymore to have a bad experience everytime I'm in that Broadway office. I went into SA Title services in early March 2023 to have a title transferred for a vehicle my company owned to myself. A very simple, straightforward transaction. Angie, the person working with me, typed the wrong mileage in on the transfer application and sent it in to the DMV. Her mistake added 300,000 miles over the actual mileage. When I received the title back from the DMV with the incorrect mileage, I took it back to SA Title. They actually charged me $34 for them to fix their mistake and resend it to the DMV. It's now been six and a half weeks since then and almost three months since the beginning and I still do not have my title because of their mistake. I cannot drive the vehicle, I cannot sell it or do anything but wait. They have no answer for when I will ever receive a corrected title. Very big mistake not doing this myself. I've been using SA Auto Title on and off for over 30 years. My experience has always been the same: quick, efficient service from friendly and helpful employees (Angie is great!). Went yesterday to renew my registration and was in and out in less than 10 minutes as I was the only customer there at the time. I've had to wait before when they were more crowded but never very long. They do a great job and keep the line moving - the exact opposite of going to the DMV. Can't recommend highly enough! read more

After procrastinating on my car registration for an embarrassingly long time, I discovered this handy little gem is literally across the street from my office (hence the giant registration sticker billboard outside of their building). Sometimes you just don't notice things till you need them. I walked in during lunch hour, was greeted by two nice ladies, sat down and had my new sticker approximately 10 minutes later. I think it was more expensive than mailing or renewing online, as it was around $80. Since I had clearly missed the online renewal mark, I thought this option was almost easier than mailing in a check, since this typically involves waiting, lost mail issues, etc. Basically, it's worth the $15 difference to me. I have used them for years. There simply isn't an easier way to get your registration. It's fast, easy, and you leave with tags in hand in minutes. I never have my act together to do it online in time and am always worried about it being lost in the mail. The staff is super friendly and efficient. I will be back year after year! read more

Great office staff! Within a week of registering a vehicle here I've been receiving spam mail from random vehicle services everyday for the past 28 days. They're post cards from some very weird addresses. It makes you wonder what Texas does with registration. Who do they share info with? Why do they share info? Avoid this office! read more

I was impressed with the level of service at this location. As a new service member to the area, I found this place an went in to register my vehicle. The personnel were very courteous and supported my intentions. I was in and out within 30 minutes, with plates. There was no line to stand in, like a traditional DMVs. For new military service members, I highly recommend using this location to register your vehicle. read more
