As anyone who has planned a wedding knows, there's high stress and sometimes things go wrong. Specifically, the day before the wedding we had a hiccup with our florist. I called Natalie in tears and she was quick to take on the task of making sure the flowers were fixed. She communicated with the florist throughout the day making sure that all bouquets, centerpieces and arrangements turned out the way they were supposed to, keeping me in the loop along the way. All of the florals turned out beautifully. Our wedding day was flawless, at least that's the way Natalie made it feel!
