Did not get us in until 4:15... went to the window and inquired why make an appointment if it's not kept? They had no answer.... HORRIBLE!!! On hold for almost two hours Extremely disappointing and unnecessarily frustrating experience. I was placed on hold, only to be transferred from one person to another with no clear explanation and seemingly no one willing to take responsibility for actually helping me. Communication was extremely difficult, and the constant "um...um..." responses made the conversation feel unprofessional, unprepared, and unnecessarily drawn out. If you work in a medical office, clear and efficient communication should be a basic expectation. Patients should not have to repeatedly explain themselves while being bounced around from person to person. My mom was experiencing new pain, and her provider sent her in for an ultrasound. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM and waited for about an hour before the front desk employee told her she was not due for another mammogram because her yearly appointment had been done 4 months ago. He immediately tried to turn her away without even asking why she had returned or reviewing the reason for the visit. When we checked in, we specifically told the woman at the front desk that my mom was having new pain, and she said she would make note of it. I then had to stop the employee and explain again that this was not a routine yearly mammogram -- it was for new symptoms and concerns ordered by her provider. What made the experience even more upsetting was the employee's attitude throughout the interaction. He appeared to be smirking and laughing while we were trying to explain that my mom was in pain and had been sent there by her provider. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking compassion. After already handing her a card and telling her she was not due yet, he then tried to say he wasn't turning her away. This is one of the worst places in how they manage walk ins. First they tell you it'll take an hour and a half. After 2 hours of waiting, they say, "it'll be another 30-45 minutes." Once you've waited for almost 3 hours, then you get called in. They can provide technical solutions such as testing a link so we can see our spot in the queue. Lots of restaurants and other places do it. Not sure why they don't have that option. I guess they know patients have nowhere else to go - RADNET pretty much owns most of the outlets so maybe they have become complacent. One lady requested a CD for a procedure she just had and was asked to get in line again. This facility is overwhelmed with *paying* customers. They need better solutions to manage the people. I've use this office many times and I like the new changes. The office is clean with a great staff working as quickly as possible. Staff members are always nice and helpful when asked questions. I appreciate the care I receive when at this office. Most services need appointments (MRI, CT SCAN) etc. They do have walk ins (XRAY) but you may have a wait. read more

This was one of the most traumatic medical experiences I've ever had. I have very deep veins, and during my MRI with contrast, the IV was not placed correctly. The contrast leaked into my arm instead of my vein, causing severe pain and swelling, and I ended up in the ER. It took over a week to heal. The most upsetting part was how the situation was handled. It felt like the staff didn't recognize what was happening or know how to respond when I was telling them something was wrong. Based on my experience, I did not feel they were adequately prepared to care for a patient with deep veins. If you have deep or difficult veins or you're already anxious about needles, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. I would never choose this facility again. read more

This Imaging Center has been the #1 Best I've ever been to for service, kindness and understanding. Our first introduction into the Center was with Precious at the Front Desk. Such a brilliant and professional person that one could tell really loves working with the Center and with the Patients that come in. She was very patient with me and helped me through the process of checking in. Next, I was greeted by Brandon in X-ray to have an MRI. He put me at ease and gave me information that helped me relax and get through the process. It was the best MRI I've ever had and the first time I felt comfortable and not afraid. Because of these two professionals my husband and I will continue to return here. The location is excellent, new building, easy to park, and most importantly the staff at RadNet Imaging Center were #1 in kindness, professionalism, knowledge and so much more! Thank you to them and to San Bernardino Advanced Imaging for having such great people and a beautiful space within a New Building. One thing I can not understand is why so many people writing reviews opted to give only one star. They were clearly not telling he truth, or perhaps they think they're the only and most important person in the room. The Customer Service is the BEST #1 within the medical practices I've visited. My doctor referred me to them. I need imaging of an Aortic hernia, my liver had oddities on/in it. She sent them my data, and her fully written request. So R = Radnet, called me on my phone. We need to know why you want to come here. My Dr. requested that you do imaging on me. What exactly? It is on the form request she sent you We want you to tell us in the correct medical terms and item numbers I do not know, I am not the doctor. So they call and cannot find my doctor Next call. What is your insurance I give it to them Nope, you have no insurance and so we go round about finally R determines I do have insurance, and it is valid I get text, your insurance is no good. So I call my insurance company, yes, it is and has been valid since 2010, Seems Medicare is not going under. and back we go to me having to prove what imaging my Doctor wanted and why. Finally all is good. The day before my appointment R calls me. "Sorry but the request expired. Do not come in" So I called LLUH and made an appointment with them. The request is valid, my insurance is valid. Now R keeps texting and emailing me. Click here to reschedule your imaging with R! No siree. After you jokers kept me on hold for 5 hours or more, then you state a valid and non-expired Doctor's request has expired. NO! NO! and NO!!!!! read more

Sadly the techs there are extremely over worked. I know for XR, they only give them 5 minutes per patient. How are you going to grab a patient, walk them to the very back of the building , undress them, and do different images on one patient IN JUST 5 MINUTES? The whole walking process itself takes almost 5 minutes including changing. There are techs who have walked out mid shift due to terrible upper management over working them. Terrible customer service from the front desk! There was an appointment set for an MRI of three body parts, which was set for 12:50 PM with a 12:30 PM arrival time for check-in. At 11:55 AM the morning of the appointment, as were more than half way there, which is a 45 minute drive, we receive a phone call telling us that the appointment is canceled because there's third-party paperwork that had not yet been received. I am listening in on the call and I pull it off yhr exit and engage in conversation with the front desk clerk. me: why are you calling us 30 minutes before the appointment to cancel Her: we try to give the 3rd party until the latest possible time to responsd Me: when was the last time you reached out to them Her: we left our last message an hour ago Me: then why the hell didn't you call us at the point to notify us so we could reach out to the 3rd party instead of just trying to cancel the appointment. They will immediately respond to us. Her: well if you can get ahold of the 3rd party and get the paperwork then we can see the patient Me: transfer me to your supervisor (Veronica Diaz whom of course never responded to the message) Now we turn around to head home and contact the 3rd party, they informed us that every time they call the number that has been left in the voicemail a person transfers them to a voicemail box and no one is responding. They tell us to turn back around and go to the facility and have the imaging done because they have the paperwork but nowhere to send it. Needless to say at this point, I'm almost raging. I'm literally driving around circle on the freeway. We get to the facility and I am in no way in the mood to stand a line to wait to hear nonsense. There's probably seven or eight people in a line ahead of me with three clerks at the window. I passed the entire line and go to the next open clerk and immediately lay into her about what's going on. Without asking me the patient's name, she tells me the patient's name and tells me what's going on. I explained to her that they are calling back the number that is left and they cannot get the paperwork sent over so I give her the phone number so she can speak directly to the third-party. The paperwork is immediately sent over. Just like I told her. Now we're at the window and she's trying to get him checked in and I'm still not over the situation. I am asking why their protocol is to cancel an appointment versus reaching out to the patient first to try to get help and she's not responding. I said you guys Called us 30 minutes before our appointment to cancel when we live 45 minutes away. Her response is your appointment was at 12:50. I said but our goddamn check-in was at 12:30 which means it was 35 minutes before the appointment. I know how to do the math do you. So she is insistent on passing over the check-in paperwork which I slide in front of me and I said listen. I understand that you want to bypass what I'm talking about, but I'm not done discussing it. So I ask again why would you not notify us more than 30 minutes ahead of time. She says well do you see how busy it is in our office. To which I reply you're busy work schedule is not my business. Making sure that our appointment is completed is our business. If you guys are understaffed then have a conversation with your supervisor. Then she says well I can pass the message along to the supervisor if you like. Yes please do that. And then I asked are we going to be able to be seen on time. She says well if the tech isn't behind. I said that didn't answer my question. Are we going to be seen on time? She said well I can check with the tech yes do that. So we have a seat and within two minutes a tech was taking him back to be seen. I'm sure they just wanted to get us out the office. But please note the supervisor that we left the phone call for and the supervisor at the facility which may or may not be the same person still to this day over a week later has not returned our call! read more

I hate having to come here I've had two appointments that they have canceled. If you want to be seen the same day you have to walk in and be here before 7 am to stand in line if you want to be seen. Maybe if there weren't 2 offices with the same name in such close proximity, this wouldn't have happened. Welcome to the ghetto I'm a walking x-ray So far I have been here 30 minutes And there's still a lot of people on the web not saying they're all here for x-rays...This is a scary place make sure you lock your cars and keep your kids close to you... I find it very uncomfortable That there are all these healthcare clinics and services and hospital but right next to all of it is a very large cemetery / mortuary. Worst customer service. I got here at 7:08 they say walk ins are good from 7AM to 3PM on their website. When I arrived I was told there was 10 people ahead of me. (They still had a sign that said their x-ray machine was down outside) The clerks are rude and don't want to help. No one can help me schedule an appointment for ultrasound. The website is a joke to try to schedule an appointment. I am not sure of the other locations are just as bad. This place is awful. You get scheduled an MRI only to be told THE DAY you show up for your appointment that it was cancelled. I never received a phone call or text AND I was lied to. When calling another office I was told I was lied to, that just because Optum authorized the MRI doesn't mean it couldn't be done at that office like I was told. I was told they no longer accept Optum which is a lie. I was told this is a computer glitch AND that Radnet is aware, but they don't care enough to permanently fix it. I made an appointment online only to be called a few days later and told the appointment wasnt available. Fine, I said I could call another imaging center. I proceeded to get calls and voicemail messages for days and days even though I spoke to two different people and told them to cancel my request.
