The owl necklace that I got my sister. She loved it!
    Sharon V.

We stumbled in after having lunch across the street at Nicks. If you love unique treasures, this is certainly the place to go because it's packed with great items both old and new. I could've picked up so many cute things but shopping with the hubby at times could be a total buzz kill. Unfortunately for me, this was one of those times. I did manage to find a very cute owl necklace that I knew my sister would love and resisted his request to "think about it" or comments like, "does she really need it?". Of course not but she'll love it. She's always loved owls and this piece was too cute to pass up. If you love to antique shop, you must stop here if you're in the area. Lots and lots of cool treasures. P.S. My lil' sis LOVED the necklace! Call it sisters intuition. = )

Long-defunct product from the childhood dinner table.

Nice little antique shop, which is a rare thing in the OC. They had nothing I was interested in, but it was nice to browse.

This lot has about 10 spaces and part of that 10 belongs to the Smoke Shop. This thrift stores has plenty to offer! From large framed prints for the wall to roller skates. Plenty to look at. There is an upper level where furniture, wall hangings to glassware is displayed. It's pretty roomy up there even with the furniture. I found the prices to be reasonable too. I would have like to purchase a couple of large wall pieces home, but I had no room to pack in my car since I was camping. The wall pictures I found to be priced lower than I expected! That's a plus. At the front of the store on the front porch were anything on wheels and outdoor furniture. You can tell the store has been there awhile. But it was well organized and clean. The staff were all friendly. The staff are men who are making a positive change in their lives. This place gives them the opportunity to work. At that time, I…read morefound the clothes to be very overpriced and worn out and, in some cases more than the same thing new. Then I found out they are all there on consignment, and the owner, a very nasty female, taking exorbitant commissions as her 'fee.' So the other day I was in SC and so I popped in and brought home some used garments in my size. (Still overpriced I see). After wearing a shirt from them, I got the most awful rash of my life and had go to my derm doc, taking the garment with me and found out the garment was loaded with something akin to bed bugs and they bit me all to heck and back. I had to take medicine to get over it and it took over two weeks to resolve. When I asked the owner for a refund, (very nasty lady, did I mention that, rude and condescending), telling her what happened, she flatly refused and so I ended up throwing the garment away! Awful place. Awful owner. Check her other reviews - she was asked to leave Capo Beach by the city of Dana Point and had awful reviews from many people in Dana Point so she fled. STAY AWAY!!

Decided to give it a second chance and go in with a friend, they have a huge inventory and lots of cute things! I found a scarf I really liked but it didn't have a price tag on it so I went to the counter and I'm guessing from previous reviews was the owner. She told me $60 because it was silk but the tag said it was a polyester blend..... could get a silk scarf for $20 from another store on Del Mar.
