I love, love, love this store! I like to stop by and visit whenever I'm in San Clemente. Everything costs $18 or less. They have a great selection of cute boho clothing, jewelry, and accessories. The salesgirls who work here are attentive, friendly, and helpful. I've seen them go above and beyond to deliver good customer service, consistently, which is honestly impressive these days. I came in with a friend last night, and after an enjoyable shopping experience, we both left with cute dresses. Highly recommend checking this store out. read more

I stumbled onto De lany while strolling the cute Avenida del Mar attracted by their $18 and lower sign. What girl can resist to that? Not this one! So I started to check it out and found a bunch of cute clothes, some lower priced Lucky Brand nice tees, cool jewelry, all nicely organized. The place is very well put together! Don't need to overthink it since everything is $18 and less! A nice sales girl started a fitting room for me! Customer service is terrific here, everyone is super nice, fun, helpful! They were squealing with delight when I came out of the fitting room. I was already convinced to buy that t-shirt but it made it for a more fun, girly shopping experience for me. They have a cute sofa for the guys to wait around and great music playing (Santigold is always fun!). So my husband got my the t-shirt and a fun bracelet since it was my b-day. I wish I'd have this store closer, I'd stop by to shop all the time. You can find cool merchandise here that doesn't break your bank. Was visiting from Vegas and my niece and I decided to go shopping before heading to the beach. We say the sign saying "everything $18 and under" and immediately it drew me in. This store is seriously so cute. They have adorable bracelets that double as anklets, rings, knick nacs, candles, clothes, and more. Seriously, it's such a cute store. I also have to give a shout-out to the girl working. I never got her name, but she's got short blackish colored hair to her shoulders, and was adorable. She was so helpful to us, always asked if we needed help, let us know that the dressing rooms were open to be used, and more. She was amazing! I haven't had that great of service in a clothing store in a long time! It was super refreshing. She even helped me decide on a super cute tie die sweatshirt and getting it in a bigger and loose fitting size. She was seriously so helpful! I can't say enough positive things about this girl. She truly made our experience! I ended up getting a couple of shirts and a candle. The candle is amazing!! And the shirts, I've already got a few compliments on them. My niece, who is super picky, even walked out with a couple shirts. We loved it! We visit once a year and I can't wait to visit again next year! read more

2017 Yelp challenge 100 #79 This store Recently opened dec 2016. I walked passed this store and some invisible force had me attracted to this store. Was it the shiny things in the window? Maybe. Was it the bohemian vibe ? Definately! I met jasmin on a beautiful weekday after having dinner at South of Nicks. Let me tell you about Jasmin. She is soo welcoming, warm, and helpful . Her bosses need to give this girl a raise! I loved the layout of the store, great lighting, unique boutique vibe and something for everyone. Very bohemian. My favorite items were the organic scented candles, the one size fits all kimono type shawls, and their accessories!! Omg God their accessories.!! My bestie purchased a beautiful crystal necklace, and I purchased their shawl that Im wearing over my bathing suit, or with shorts:jeans over my tanks. Beautiful. The best part? The prices!!! Everything in the store max is $18.00 or less. With tax less than $20.00 . Hello!! Did you hear me? This is NOT A Test!! $18.00 or less , cant beat that. I am a fan and coming back! Cute store. Clearly, not the well made classic outfits but you don't expect that at a discount store. If you're looking for trendy easy breazy outfits, this is a great value. The girls that work here are super nice, helpful and professional. I purchased a white light vest. I had to trim some of the thread left during the sewing process. I love this store and their prices! The quality is nice as well. Sydney was super helpful while I was shopping and I bought about 5 pieces of clothing for $73, can't beat it! I appreciated Sydney's customer service considering some of the surrounding stores have snobby employees that don't help or greet you. My daughter and I decided to stop in San Clemente for dinner on the way home from a trip to LA. We walked by this store which caught our eye since it's geared to high school/college age girls. Everything is $18 or less and it's a lot of adorable blouses, dresses, earrings, candles, and other cute decorations. The girls that work here are as helpful and friendly as can be and we couldn't have had better service. Such a wonderful location too...so many boutique stores and lites of bohemian type eateries. Views of the water and lots of parking close by. We ended up getting quite a few things and I have a feeling that we'll be back here soon! read more

Stopped in for the first time today. It's right on Del Mar amongst the other cute boutiques. I love their stuff!! De Lany has really cute clothes and accessories, jewelry, candles and great gifts. Refused to exchange a size small shirt bought on Saturday - for a size medium shirt on Monday. There was a Christmas Street Fair going on and I bought quite a few things that day. Somehow my receipt got misplaced - it was very clearly obvious that I purchased the shirt there since it still had the tags - along with all the other clothes in the original bag that I also got - to prove that I had spent a lot of money there that day. Perla didn't give one hoot about helping me or offering to call and she what she could do to help me. She kept spouting store policy over and over again like a robot about not having my receipt and there was nothing she could do. I finally asked her if she could please call her manager and see if they could make an exception or see if they could help me since it was just an exchange - I didn't want any money back. She took the phone in the back room to talk to the manager so I couldn't hear any of the conversation, which was pretty unprofessional. Then she came in and hung up the phone, again repeating store policy. I asked if I could speak to the manager and she told me no. She said her manager or whoever she called said no and refused to exchange the shirt out for me. Perla was the worst clerk that I have experienced since moving back to SoCal. I HAD to buy another shirt because I needed a size larger to go with the pants that I already bought on Saturday as these clothes are Christmas presents. As I gave her my card, I called her out on her rudeness in a calm manner - stating that she could have been more helpful. Her reply to me was that she would call the police on me if I didn't stop harassing her. Whuuut?!? They lost me forever as customer over a silly little exchange. Crazy. ***Side note*** The little blonde girl who waited on me Saturday was so cute and so nice to me - even helped me pick out 4 outfits that I bought. Her and I chatted while she helped me shop - she was a young military wife, same as me. It was a great experience that day and I thought I had found a great little shop! read more

I spent under $53 on FOUR pieces. If you're shopping for souvenirs for your loved ones visit de lany on Avenida Del Mar. If you forgot to pack anything last minute they have a clearance rack you can get one item for $10 and other for 50% so it'll be about $3-5. The staff is welcoming, like most in San Clemente. Associates quarantine clothing after you try it on (which is also an anomaly, the fact that I'm allowed to hit a fitting room before I commit to buying, is so nice). If you have a long wait to eat at a restaurant, shop here, the clothing isn't expensive, it's all lovely quality, whoever their buyers are have great taste, and the vibe in the store is so comforting. read more

This little beachy boutique in San Clemente has some darling clothing and lots of cute girly accessories and some home decor as well. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. Kseniya and Ariel are angels and assisted me with my purchase and were so sweet. I even got a free reading about the number 222 which happened to be my change amount which is a sign from the angels. This is a great place to shop for gifts as well as for pretty things for my own self. Will definitely be shopping there again in the future. read more

I want to thank Kseniya and Sarah for helping my daughter pick out some outfits for school. These two went above and beyond giving my daughter some extra attention picking out clothes that she would wear. My kiddo is 13 and she is going to be freshman. I am not very much help when it comes to picking out clothes for my daughter. These girls really helped pick out some fun casual clothes that my kid can wear when school starts. My daughter left in a great mood knowing she was able to put some outfits together. FYI, we went to the outlet stores and really didn't walk away with too many items. Love this shop! All items I've purchased here have all been very nice! I wholehearted agree with the other reviews, and can't say enough about the girls that work there...so incredibly sweet, helpful and welcoming.
