I went with high hopes. The first thing I noticed after signing in were flyers talking about the vaccines being made from aborted fetuses. I thought that maybe someone had dropped them off. When Dr Emma came in she saw me wearing a mask and asked if I wanted her to wear one. I asked if she was vaccinated and she informed she was not. I am a VERY high risk person and would never want a healthcare professional touching me who is not vaccinated. There was nothing disclosed during the scheduling of the appointment about them being anti-vaccination. Now the doctor calls me and claims all is fine, they had it twice. Like that will make me feel better. Shame on them for putting people who are high risk in this situation and them claiming they do not need to disclose. UPDATED: The doctor claims I should have indicated I was high risk when I called. And her excuse when she called me was "I have had Covid twice." Really? That is supposed to make me feel better that a health care worker put herself and patients at risk for Covid twice. Decide for yourself. read more

Hi All, My Girl and I went back to San Clemente Vitality Center for another foot bath and a Therapy Session on the Therapy mats. We love the foot bath and bought a 10 session pack. I used to go to a chiropractor a LONG time ago and I'm amazed at how far its come technology wise. During the initial examination he uses some sophisticated equipment to look for problem areas within your body. This also establishes a baseline so you and he can see the progression within the treatments. Not only is this super cool it's also quantifiable! I would agree with my fellow Yelpers, Dr. Wagner is a great chiropractor and provides a truly unique but specialized experience. I have been to a few chiropractors in my past and they are typically about cracking things and getting you on your way. There is definitely a need and place for those services but Dr. Wagner is different in that he is not just looking to fix your current issue, he is looking at ways to fix you as a whole and prevent you from having to come back as often to be "cracked." He goes through quite an extensive interview and measuring process to determine where you need the most help and what he can do to assist you. He uses a very light touch compared to other chiros and puts you at ease. Then he will also provide you some solutions you can work on at home or at the office to help your body in between visits. Let me just start by saying that I have never been a believer of chiropractic, until I met Dr. Burton. The idea of snapping bones back into place has always left me with a queasy feeling especially when it comes to the spine. His approach is different than any I have seen before. Dr. Burton Wagner has the most unique approach to correcting spinal issues that I've ever experienced. He begins with a scan of the spine and checking other vitals as well in order to give him a baseline of where your body is prior to beginning treatment. I was emailed all the reports that the scans produced so I can keep them for my own records, which is fantastic! Since he was able to identify the areas in which my body holds tension, bringing my spine out of proper alignment, he spent most of the treatment time "teaching" my body how to heal and adjust itself. I left the appointment feeling incredibly relaxed and am looking forward to continuing treatment with him. While this isn't a concern for me specifically, Dr. Wagner also uses a similar approach to treating people suffering from ADD and ADHD. I despise taking drugs for anything, so I want to give a shout out to his drug-free approach to correcting this issue that affects so many people.
