What sets Skylar apart is his advanced musculoskeletal knowledge, his technique, and his incredible intuition. I sometimes joke that he has X-ray vision. Even if I can't name every ache or area of tension, Skylar somehow finds and treats every sore spot and addresses patterns I didn't even realize were contributing to the issue. After five months of consistent sessions, I've had a significant reduction in chronic back and neck pain, less overall soreness, and even an improvement in my overall wellbeing. Skylar's deep tissue work is firm and therapeutic while still being relaxing -- a rare combination.
