Was going to rent some items but had a question about the total not adding up on the online estimate. It stated 26+2+0=48. So I sent an email asking about it and got the condescending response "as it states on our website, there is a $20 delivery charge" which we all know translates to "are you blind?". I would have paid the fee if not for the response. So I responded it needed to be clearer, and got another snarky response that the both the website and the contract stated that. I went back to look and still didn't see anything on the estimate or the link for the contract. But my point is, you get more flies with honey than vinegar. And since we were celebrating my daughters 2nd birthday we found the perfect size jumper for a toddler party (well it was more of like a mini obstacle course with a slide).
