You do need to go to the back of the store to give them your items, so turn left into the driveway before Marsat Ct. They are in suite B. If no one is there, they have a phone number you can call. They helped me unload the tv and I just had to give them my address and name and phone number. Very friendly staff and I'm glad my tv isn't going to the dump. read more

Came here twice. First time was excellent experience, we were able to drop off old non functioning laptops then later get a certificate of destruction by email, only needed to leave our contact information. Second time was ok, because they didn't have the degausser machine and couldn't find the drill to destroy the two old iphones. They did take the smoke alarms and monitors but did not accept batteries or light bulbs. They did have a sign for another place on El Cajon blvd that does accept these items, so that was helpful. Very nondescript area, basically an alley off a busy street. Drive all the way up to near the end of the alley and you'll be in the right place. Quite a few open parking spots. read more

They not only facilitate a free e-waste drop-off, but they also provide a free and easy pick-up service to remove your qualifying electronics within minutes. Definitely call them at least 1-2 days in advance to schedule an appointment. In addition to their pick-up service, they can come to you and erase/destroy your hard drives and other data-containing devices. A Certificate of Destruction can be included with the service. They're open Mon-Fri 8 am-5:30 pm, Sat 8 am-2 pm, and closed Sundays. Good place to drop off any useless or dead or unnecessary electronics, even though it's rather difficult to locate due to the fact that it's deep in Spring Valley (though just a half mile from my friend's house) and you have to pass by a couple of warehouses/auto shops to get to it. The sign to indicate where the place is is not easily seen from Jamacha Blvd. I almost missed it the first time I drove there. It's hard to find parking for this place too. There is an incline next to the building, and spacing makes it difficult to move one's vehicle around without nearly bumping into something. read more
