I had the best experience at this place I took an Apple Watch that was locked and I took my iPhone 5 that was not charging and had a cracked screen. It took a few days to fix my Cellphone which I wasn't in a rush and for my apply watch well it was locked. I'm completely convinced the good reviews are fake. DO NOT go to this place to get your items repaired. Took my iPad for screen repair and she did a horrible job. The screen is loose and flimsy. I had a feeling this place was bad, when it took her 2 days to fix the screen. I called to check on the status and she lied about it being done. I get there to get my iPad and she is literally working on it. She wasn't careful at removing the screen and you can see the scratches on the edges. I'm very upset I chose this place. read more

My iPhone X Max has a small crack in the screen and I need it repaired. It's my company phone. My company said to take it to a place near the office 30 miles from me. Hot Spot Wireless is less then a half a mile from my home. I called and was quoted $220 over the phone by a gentleman. I asked you f they would match the $170 charge from the repair place near my office in Orange County. He asked me to call back in 15 minutes when the owner was back. I called back 15 minutes later and again in 20 minutes but got no answer. Figured I would just go on over since it's so close. Once I arrived at Hot Spot Wireless the owner was still not on site. The gentleman gave me her cell number to call and ask her if she would do it. She answered her phone and acted like it was very strange for me to be calling her. It wasn't my idea. It was the employee who offered for me to call her. Once I explained the situation she said it would cost $195 for the screen and LCD. No issues with my lcd at all I explained but she insisted it would need to be done. Witch was still cheaper then what I was quoted from her employees for just the screen and no lcd. I explained that seem strange and she went on to tell me someone must have gave me the run around before. No. Not at all. Your office have given me two prices and doesn't answer the phone and now I'm on the line with the owner who seems to be bothered that I'm calling her witch again wasn't my idea in the first place. I'll go ahead and take my Business elsewhere to a company who is professional, polite and the cost is $50 less. Thanks for wasting my time. I dropped my phone this afternoon, on a wooden floor, and it not only cracked the screen but did something that made the insides of the phone bulge out. Uh oh!! I called a couple places; one store didn't answer and at the other store, the person I spoke with was rather short and curt. So, I called Hot Spot, and Theresa was there and was very helpful. So, I took my phone in and turns out that my battery also needed replacing...which explains why the power was running out on my phone quicker than ever. Family pictures erased. No apology. Didn't seem to care. Dropped off the phone and explained the situation, providing the password to the phone and asked if it would be taken out of the mode. Phone was locked due to incorrect password being entered too many times. Was told no problem and phone would be ready in later today. Charge would be $30. Get called to come back that the phone was ready. Phone was reset and needed to be restored from back up. Why did you get the password if you knew that's what had to be done. You charged me $30 to plug the phone into iTunes. Could have done that myself. I asked which password it was, and was told they aren't needed. Family photos are lost.
