a minute ago I dropped off my phone on January 17th to get repaired for a crack screen and Jay said he would have it ready in 3 days. He didn't have it ready till January 31st and I was getting worried because he wasn't answering my calls. They are unprofessional. Once I picked up my phone the back panel wasn't even placed on all the way. Jay forced it closed and said he was going to charge me $30 extra for additional repairs. I refused to pay him the extra $30 because that wasn't on my receipt. He took over 2 weeks with my phone and didn't answer my calls after the 3rs day, plus he was charging me a different price before handing me my phone. I feltt threatened as a customer because he basically wanted me to pay $240 instead of our agreement of $185. I ended up giving him $215 and he gave me my phone. Terrible place!!!!! I took my phone to get fixed and literally the next morning my phone screen was black. I could not see anything, then we went on lock down quarantine and placed closed. Don't use these people. I brought in a mini iPad for screen repair. As soon as I got home the screen started lifting. I brought it to him the next day and he told me to give them an hour. When He gave it back to me he replaced it with a new screen but now the screen was covering the camera lens. I had to walk back in there and have him fix it again and he told me to give them another 15 minutes. When he finally fixed it, there was a piece of lint covering the corner of the screen. He did not even apologize. To this day I'm still having problems with the screen lifting off. I highly recommend people to stay away from him. read more
