This is a fun place to shop as there are soooo many things you could buy and the prices can't be…read morebeat. The staff are friendly and they know their inventory....from memory they can tell you prices and whether or not they have the item you are looking for even though their inventory is constantly changing. Only draw-back is if you find something you really like, you might not be able to find it again there or anywhere....unless you go on online and search, as some items are not sold at our other local stores. They get inventory from Whole Foods and Costco, for example, but we don't have those stores in our local area.

They usually run about $118.00 or more. I was able to purchase this for $25.00. I didn't buy it. I came back today and it was still there, so I bought it. What usually takes me two hours to hand clean my livingroom floor was now 30 minutes and I didn't have to do it a second time. There are many items here that are hidden gems . Come find yours. So far so good. This Dollar General is clean and well…read moreorganized. Back east we had these everywhere!! And they are all thrashed, so lets hope they don't end up that way here. I'm not a huge fan of dollar general, I think there are many things I can get at better prices at different stores, however, this location is convenient! There isn't much else around if you just need to run in and run out of the store. They carry everything for the most part including food, dairy, drinks, household items, cleaning supplies, office supply, etc. They even have clothing items. It is not a "$1 only" store, they have prices that vary. I shop at this location every once in awhile. So far it is pretty clean and there is never a line.

Throughout our time in the store, the cashier, Valeria, appeared to closely monitor us while we shopped. As customers of color, we felt singled out and uncomfortable. While we cannot speak to her intentions, the experience left us feeling unwelcome. When we went to check out around 12:15 p.m., Valeria began our transaction but unexpectedly transferred it to another cashier, Patrick, without explanation. The checkout process took longer than expected, and my mother was accidentally overcharged. Although the issue was eventually corrected, the communication between the employees seemed unprofessional and added to our frustration. Afterward, we asked to speak with a manager. We were told the manager was on lunch, so we waited about 15 minutes. Later, when my mother called the store, she was informed that the manager would not return until 1:30 p.m., information that was not shared with us when we initially requested assistance. The inconsistent communication only added to our concerns about customer service. While waiting, we observed behavior that appeared dismissive of our concerns. An assistant manager eventually spoke with my mother, but while we were contacting Dollar General's corporate office, both the assistant manager and Valeria appeared to laugh about the situation. Whether intentional or not, it gave the impression that our concerns were not being taken seriously. What bothered us most was the overall feeling that we were treated differently and not given the same level of courtesy and respect that every customer deserves. The combination of being closely watched while shopping, the checkout issues, poor communication, and the response to our complaint left us with a very negative impression of this location. Because of this experience, my mother and I have decided not to return to this store. We hope management reviews this situation and provides additional customer service training to ensure all customers are treated professionally, respectfully, and fairly.

The ladies there were so sweet and helpful. Big shout out to Angie, I was looking for one particular item and she went into the back to get it for me. This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I have been in. Thank you Angie for helping me, you have excellent customer service.
