I waited five minutes looking at the ladies talking about personal issues, before I was even noticed. Customer service has gone to the birds. I went into have X-rays done and had to come out and wait for an MRI, and they're still chatting about unprofessional things, surely they could chat on their own time without letting the guests in the lobby hear it as well. Scheduled for MRI. After filling out questionnaire they scheduled me. Waited an hour and was told they can't do the exam because of the aortic valve and fistula. Which was disclosed during the appointment. They an awful option. I asked for a supervisor I was told they don't have one. What a joke. read more

This is not the cleanest imaging place I've been to and definitely not the best time managed. I had an appointment at 1:50pm and arrived at 1:18pm. The place was packed with people trying to check in. Since I had already checked in online, I thought I would only have to sigh in, but it was obvious that was not the case. There were two long lines of people waiting to check in. After standing in line for about 10 minutes someone came out from the back and started to check k people in very quickly. But I got stuck at the window with the someone who was sitting there waiting for the printer. Then she finally acknowledged me. After signing some documents I had to wait for 45 minutes and it wasn't until after I asked how much longer it would take that I was finally called in for my CT scan. While I was waiting in the packed out waiting room, a woman came in and was extremely upset that she had to wait. She use a few choice words and flipped off the front desk girls because of the inefficiency ineffectiveness of this office and left in a rage. I have to say that I have to agree with her feelings about the way things were ran in this office, but I do not agree with her reaction. This off need better time management and needs to be cleaner and smell better. read more

Five stars all the way for this company! I have been to several imaging centers the last few years, and this place is by far the best. The staff was friendly and wonderful and their radiology techs were top notch and definitely knew what they were doing. I would recommend this center to anyone. Looking forward to going back again in six months to get my scans done. read more

Incompetent and rude staff!!! I had a horrible experience there today. When I arrived, I waited 25 minutes just to check in (only 2 people in line in front of me). Then I waited again to be called in. After they called me in and had me change, they had me wait in the changing room for another half an hour. The tech finally got me and performed the mammogram. After that, she proceeds to tell me that they could not do that screening (but she just had!!!) because my previous ultrasound (which was a 6-month follow up to another ultrasound attached to last year's mammogram) had some code included that meant (not explained on the paperwork) that I needed a diagnostic mammogram. On that same paper, it said that a screening was recommended. We went back and forth trying to explain each other's understanding as my frustration grew. The 2 front secretaries got involved as well and one of them was looking in my file on the computer and reading stuff. Several times I asked them to call the Murrieta location for clarification and they refused. Then another staff member in the front office jumped in with a very authoritarian and rude attitude telling me that they could get in trouble if they did the mammogram at that location because a radiologist wasn't there to read it on the spot. What?!?! The whole visit took 2 hours. My travel time added another 40 minutes. Many people messed up big time and it sure wasn't me!! They made me waste almost 3 hours of my day and tortured me with the exam plus give me radiation for nothing!!!! I am the patient/client whose insurance pays for these services (and all of those staff members jobs!) and I was treated as if I were an idiot who's supposed to understand codes and contradictions on diagnostic papers. I would suggest you don't set foot in this place!! read more

I went for an open air MRI today after 2 failed trys. My attendant Mike was absolutely awesome! I dont do well in small constrained places. He reassured me if I needed out he would let me immediately!! About halfway though I started to panic it was closing off my throat and the tears were running down the sides of my face. He stopped immediately and pulled me out, got me water. I asked if we could try again and we did!! I made it through with the gentle guidance of Mike!! I visited the office a couple of days before Christmas. The line was long and several patients were yelling at the medical assistants/receptionists behind the counter. These ladies kept their composure and remained professional despite personal attacks and threats to write negative reviews about them and complain to their boss. Mind you, these ladies have no control over the amount of patients that come in, nor can they control how long an MRI or Xray takes. So after waiting a good amount (my phone was dead so it seemed way longer), Marissa called me back and was very very sweet and welcoming. Once I was back there, it only took maybe 5 minutes before I went into the room for my MRI. I am SUPER claustrophobic and let them know that. They were very understanding, turned down the lights and told me to relax and assured me that if I start freaking out, they'd come in and stop it for me. I ended up not freaking out like a crazy person, just so everyone knows. I asked for a copy of the images and they made a CD for me which probably only took like 4 minutes for them to do. Overall, I think everyone that works there is incredibly resilient. I can't imagine taking that much abuse from patients and still remaining welcoming and cordial. Truly one of the worst medical appointments of my life. I made an appointment for 3:30 for an mri. Prior to the day of the appointment I received 2 confirmations texts both showing the wrong time. I show up 15 minutes early only to be told my first scan was scheduled for 3pm and my second was scheduled for 3:30. So they only did one of the scan and not the other. They wanted to reschedule me but i really did not want that because, for context, I have a lot of facial and ear piercings. When you get an mri you cant have any metal on you, so in order to get an mri I have to schedule a time with my piercer (who is a 45 minute both ways drive from my house) and pay him to switch all my metal jewelry to plastic alternatives. So if I have to reschedule I have to set up another appointment with him, drive out there, pay him to switch the jewelry, then drive out there again and have him switch it back after the appointment. Major inconvenience. The medical staff at this office said I could wait and if there was a cancellation they could squeeze me in. So I waited for 3 hours..and there was a cancellation! I was so excited! Only to be told, oh no, this other thing is happening right now that has to happen right now so they can't see me?! There was a cancellation?! If this "thing" happening is preventing ME from getting my scan what were you going to do if the guy showed up for his appointment?! Screw him over and cancel his appointment too? Oh but don't worry they "squeezed me in" for tomorrow at 6. They said it like they were doing me a favor and not fixing their fuck up, which is not helpful because I had plans at that time that I now have to cancel and reschedule, so major inconvenience on top of major inconvenience. So happy I wasted 3 hours for nothing. read more

The staff member at check in was extremely rude. I walked up to her window and she scolded me for not waiting for her to call me to her window. I am a senior with age related vision and hearing loss, and often get confused, as it is hard for me to focus. She loudly instructed me to get back in line until she called for me. Respectfully I walked back to first in line. She then ignored me and called the second person in line to her window. I wish the generation coming up would be properly trained to be patience and kind to customers. Another staff member kindly checked me in, however I waited an hour past my 2:15 mammogram appointment to be called back. I was not offered a dressing room to disrobe and was asked to disrobe in the mammogram room front of the technician. I will look for an alternative provider and pray for a respectable experience. read more

Horrible receptionist.... was told to call to verify appointment... well i called three different times and even left messages and still no one got back to me.. so I go to appointment only to be turned away again because they don't have the orders from the doctor..Even tho the paper my doc gave me states thst I don't need orders and everything will be electronically sent over.. Well if they would have picked up to phone or returned phone calls I would have been able to call my doctor but now they are closed... We were on time for our check in but now 15 minutes past our appointment time and the waiting room is full!!! The attempt of social distancing has broken down with this many people waiting! There is no excuse for this other than better scheduling or just don't fall behind. No temperatures taken or screening questions. Never again will I go here just because it's close. The front staff as well as management are rude, inattentive and just don't care. After making an appointment online, I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early. An hour and a half passed my appointment time. I was finally called to the back. The people performing my x-rays said they weren't that busy. It's the front office and reception staff that keep people waiting. And they don't care that you're waiting. If they get to you, they get to you. after I went to management, they said well you don't have to come to this location. I was also informed that they don't accept appointments for x-rays. If you don't accept appointments for x-rays, why do you give that option on the Internet? They just don't care. Don't waste your time going here because that's exactly what it is, a huge waste of your time. I've been to the other Radnet locations and they are awesome, but this place is the bottom of the barrel. read more

I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star!!! I'm 7 months pregnant, I had a horrible headache, really bad heartburn. My appointment was at 1:30 and at 2:30 I said I would make another appointment because I waited a miserable hour allready. She assured me it would only be like 5 more mins. At 3:30 I was FINALLY called back. The lady's machine was "frozen" so I had to wait even more. She didn't know how to fix it or if it was even broken. Honestly the whole exam I felt she had no idea what she was doing. I ended up leaving about 4:45!!! OVER 3 HOURS (WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!) I will never go here again. She took her time while people waited in line to be checked in, which led to other customers who came later and checked in through the nice lady on the other window to the left getting ahead of cutomers who had been in line before them. This is probably our fourth or fifth visit to this facility and worst one yet...doctor ordered chest X-rays for both of us....making appts was cumbersome but eventually got them done...I completed all paperwork online...appointments were for 12:50 and 12:55 p.m. we arrived at 12:35 as requested...two lines, one for appointments, but not X-ray...other line all X-ray and other...I am 79, husband is 83...we waited in line for fifty minutes...we never got to check in and we left...I asked three different employees if we were in wrong line..all told me no, we had to wait...two were rude...we will drive further and try different facility...this was totally disorganized and ridiculous... read more

They had no X-ray tech on site and were disgustingly rude to patients who were told not to make an appointment and to just walk-in. This is not rocket science to figure out that if you have people waiting 1+ hours it is time to charge your scheduling practices. As patients, we have more things to do than sit and wait. We should not have to wait more than 15 minutes past a scheduled appt. DON'T schedule so close together! Respect people's time! read more

This is our 4th visit trying to get x-rays of my son's back. We have been waiting almost 2hrs (again). When asked about the wait time, the receptionist claims there's only 2 patients ahead of him. They keep suggesting to make an appointment, which cannot be done for x-rays. I don't normally leave poor reviews, but seriously? I was sent to the San Jacinto Imaging Center 1695 S San Jacinto Ave STE B, San Jacinto, CA 92583, for an x-ray and MRI. It took several weeks to get an appointment but I was able to fill out all my paperwork online. Although I received an email offering check-in from my phone when I got there I was told to come in. I arrived 20 min early just in case there was any more paperwork I needed. Not needing additional input from me I was told to wait. Meanwhile, 7 others- several arriving after me were called. A few of these, for the same procedure I was receiving, and two with no appointments. One of these did not even have paperwork with them and they were called before me, After about 40 minutes of this I left the office. After returning home, and an hour after my scheduled appointment I received a call from their office, we can see you now. They were able to call me from their office now but not earlier? When I explained,I returned home and got tired of waiting they offered to schedule another appointment. I hung up. read more

If I could leave a negative number I would!! This location is owned by Temecula Valley Imaging. Every time I have to deal with this company it is a nightmare. Mid-week I called this company for an x-ray. Was told that x-rays are walk in only and since I live in Hemet that I could / should just go to San Jacinto location. Also, that they are open 7 days a week. When I check online one site showed open at 7am. Another site showed 8am. So, I called and was told walk in x-rays start at 8am, 7days a week. Well, here it is Saturday at 8am. Went in just to be told they do not do x-rays on weekends. Such bullshit!! This not the first time I have had crap experience with them. One time made an 8AM appointment and showed up just to be told I was 12 hours early. Took 3 weeks to get that appointment and then they wanted me to make another one. This company NEEDS to train their scheduling dept. better. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I could go on but, I just done for today. read more

This is the worst operation around. Even with an appointment there is a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. The physicians running the business are too cheap and greedy to have more than one x-ray tech on duty for all the traffic they receive. They don't care about the patient's time, and if your provider sent you, your provider doesn't care about you either. read more
