Upon scheduling the MRI appointment the question "do you work around sheet metal was asked. I was confused as to why the question was asked and stated "yes". However, immediately after I redacted my statement and further elaborated that I work in construction , however I don't directly deal with metal. The ball was in the staff's hand with the answer and they should have put "no". I received a phone call one day prior to my scheduled appointment and was told for a second time that I would have to get an xray done on my eye to ensure no sheet metal was in there (AFTER I CONFIRMED THE INITIALLY THAT I DID NOT IN FACT WORK AROUND SHEET METAL.) Once I informed the attendant that I did not want the establishment to bill my insurance, I was met frustration in the tone and was informed the appointment for my MRI was cancelled , prolonging my attempt to seek medical attention. The administrative manager became involved and was ignoring the fact that I didn't work around sheet metal. This left me with the impression that they wanted to milk my insurance. The admin manager was no help with the situation and kept ignoring the fact that the day of scheduling the MRI appointment I said NO and did not take the situation seriously. Overall, the professionalism of addressing the issue was dissatisfying and not taken seriously.

I called United Medical Imaging and they were so helpful and kind! I gave them my information and had my doctor send over the order for my CT scan and within an hour, my procedure was approved and they got me in the next day. Everyone in the office is so nice and their facility is brand new. I will be telling everyone I know who needs imaging to call United Medical Doctors! They are amazing!!!

UMD has radiology facilities in Temecula and Murrieta. I had a MRI and X-ray done at their Temecula location. It was for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor I was seeing there. Staff was friendly, helpful, organized, no hassles--what a breath of fresh air compared to Radnet! They have recently opened up for outside referrals. So, I scheduled an appointment with them for an annual preventative CT scan at this location in Murrieta. This location has been opened since November. It's brand spanking new with a state of the art CT machine. They are working to build up a clientele. Please check them out!

Immediately after that, the ultrasound technician collected me from the waiting room and took me into the ultrasound room. Her name is Kim. She made me comfortable on the table and then meticulously conducted the ultrasound of my thyroid. I appreciate that Kim is highly-focused and very experienced in these matters. We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. My parents went to this business on October 16, 2025 for radiology care. My mother was one of the first patients to be seen. From what her and her husband told me, this business is brand new or recently changed names/locations. Being the first to add this business to YELP, I believe one of those to be accurate. My mother was slightly late because, although her appointment was with the same business, she was never informed that they weren't called this name anymore nor did they reside at the old address. My parents are in their 70s but by no means unable to understand basic information. Given that this could have been a misunderstanding on their part, how they were treated upon arrival by the receptionist who sits to the right/far right was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. In any situation, especially healthcare, should you have the right or feel that it's okay to belittle a person for a mistake, raise your voice to or reprimand. This woman, whose name I do not know, managed to upset my parents to such a degree that they were near tears when they came back home. What they had to say about the rest of the healthcare professionals who work there goes beyond measure. Friendly, courteous and concerned for her health. The business is new so everything is clean and up to date. They would have had an exceptional visit had they not been treated so poorly, verbally abused, by someone who clearly should not be the first or last person welcoming someone who is sick into a place that is supposed to help them feel better. Encountered overcrowded conditions with the reek of bad body oder throughout the room. Had appointment made one week before and still waited approximately 45 minutes until work started. They said they were short staff today but, isn't that always the excuse. I suspect they do a lot of County or State acceptance for undocumented because I would bet that two thirds fell under that category. Since I pay much for my excellent insurance I refuse to be exposed to the conditions mentioned above and will never ever return to this place
