A must stop! Doesn't get anymore authentic or delicious then this! Food was wonderful. Inside was clean and nice decor. Very friendly staff.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! I ordered garlic shrimp which was not on the menu but they were happy to make it at my request. This is my go to dish whenever I visit a Mexican restaurant for the first time. I have to say, hands-down, that this was one of the very best versions of that dish I have ever eaten. I would definitely order it again! I will definitely be back to try more of their dishes.

Don't miss out on this hidden gem! Super tucked away but the food and service was top notch. Worth a little detour from I-80. Everything was super fresh and vegetarian friendly. Miguel was incredibly welcoming and so sweet, i felt like we were eating at his home. The place was covid safe and clean. Definitely happy we stumbled across this delicious meal. Also get the tres leches cake!

Passing through Nebraska on our way from Orlando, FL to Seattle, WA... TBH all we expected from Nebraska is meat-potato and burger places. But wow, this has been the best Mexican food I have eaten in a loooong time. Miguel was our waiter, and he was super sweet and kind. The food was AMAZING!! The salsa was the perfect level of spicy, and the fish was just plain... umami (and I never use that word ). My husband never finishes his meals BUT HE ATE THE WHOLE DAMN BURRITO!!! It's a hole-in-a-wall place hidden in a truck-stop type town. Your loss if you do not stop by to eat the best food this state has to offer.

Holy cow. Such delicious Mexican food and amazing customer service! Delicious asada sopes and smothered pollo burrito. Yummmmmmy! The beans were also incredible. Completely worth the trip. Go, now!!!

This place is awesome! House salsa has a little kick and the tacos rule.

If the neighborhood is any indication this the real deal. It is on the other side of the tracks literally. The alpastor and carnitas tacos were over the top, just like being in some funky little hamlet in Michoacan. Well worth the trouble of finding it.

The best enchiladas and supreme burrito I've ever had. Definitely worth getting off I-80 for.

As a food lover who is surrounded by great authentic Mexican food here in California - San…read moreFrancisco, Napa and Sonoma valleys, and Sacramento CA, I found Teresa's Tortillas, Bakery, and Deli a foodie's dream come true after a long drive from the Denver airport to Lexington, NE. Teresa's Tortilla, Bakery, and Deli serves the best food in Lexington Nebraska, hands down! Teresa and her husband Santos, and their team, make fresh masa and tortillas that is freshly made, and delicious! You must buy their tamales! The tamales are absolutely delicious! Their masa is freshly made and perfectly seasoned, the meat filling is a combination of good quality meats cooked perfectly in an authentic Jalisco style homemade sauce, and then this bundle of deliciousness is wrapped perfectly like a present in the corn husk. I purchased 4 dozen tamales to eat in my hotel room, and to share with friends in Lexington. I told Mr. Marquez that they would have a line out the door if they had a store in San Francisco, wine country, or in my home town, Sacramento, CA. Thank you for a wonderful meal and your outstanding customer service. I definitely will return to have some more tamales!
