They didn't and i immediately came out and told the driver to please don't drop the vehicle as they didn't have my size tire. The driver dropped my vehicle anyway and said he had another call. I explained to him that my insurance would pay to have it taken elsewhere. When I called the company to find out when they would be sending back a tow truck and I kept getting the run around. The dispatcher, Makayla was rude and showed zero compassion regarding my situation. Mind you this whole thing started at 10:05 am and it's 4:35 pm and still waiting for a tow truck. I had to have someone pick up our kids from school because of this bs. I guess in today's society they don't care about leaving a disabled female alone in a parking lot for over five hours. Let's add to this review I told them I'm over a hundred miles from home repeatedly and they don't care!!! I don't recommend this company and I put in a complaint with my insurance regarding this issue. They prioritize AAA over insurance calls EVERY time!!
