DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I contacted my insurance for Roadside assistance. Ashton was sent out with Evan's towing. He smashed the front of my truck into the support pillar of the tow truck over and over again. I was standing in the driveway as it was happening. I walked down to stop him, he had no idea he was even doing it because he was not watching the front. He called the owner and they said to get a quote from a body shop and they would pay for it to be fixed. The office manager Gina, also called after the tow and told me the same thing, get a quote and we will pay to fix it. After I sent the quote they refused to except the quote because it was to high. They told me they would pick up my truck and have it fixed. No way was I going to let them take it to some backyard place and half ass the repair. I offered to go get another quote, which I did, and guess what it was even more than the original. But by this time the owner was no longer wanting to deal with me being consistent about repairing my truck, so he told me to call Roadside assistance. The owner was rude, yelled over the phone at me and I'm now having to go a different route to try and get my property they damaged fixed. Don't be taken advantage of by this company, if you dont do it their way they dont want to fix what they broke. I cannot speak for the negative reviews, but I have no reservations about recommending this company and they didn't even tow my car. I went out to start my Nissan Leaf, a total electric vehicle and it was dead in the water. The lights, a/c and dash came on but I got two separate cautions stating an electrical issue. I could not even get it in neutral. I called a "technician" at Auto Nation Nissan, and described what was happening. He told me I had a serious problem and asked if it was under warranty. He advised me not to even try to drive it if I could get it started and said I should have it towed to their Service Department where they would need to perform diagnostic tests. I requested a tow from my insurance under Roadside Assistance. There was no rush as it was in my garage and not on the side of the road. My Insurance Company called Evan's Towing and Vince was dispatched. It wasn't long until I got a phone call from Vince who was just finishing his last job. He said he would be on his way but asked me if I didn't mind, to tell him what was happening. I told him exactly the same thing I told the "technician", and he said he would be glad to tow it for me, but............ He said he was better than 90% sure my problem was a faulty 12-volt battery. He said a lot of EV owners don't even know they have one in their car and assume it runs totally on the larger lithium battery. I told him since he was so confident it was worth a try and if it worked would save me a lot of time and money. I cancelled the tow and he said I could call them tomorrow if he was wrong and they would do it then. I ran to my local Auto Zone, bought a battery and installed it. At Auto Zone they tested the battery, and it showed zero charge so it couldn't even be tested properly. That was enough for me. I hooked it up and it ran as smooth as ever. The warning lights were gone and I had my vehicle running in well under an hour. There's no telling how long I would have been walking or bumming rides while my car was undergoing diagnostics. I figure any company can get your car or truck from point A to point B but I doubt that very few, if any, would offer this kind of service. Vince saved me time, money, an unneeded insurance claim and got me back on the road most likely days before I would have following the advice of the Dealership "technician." If I ever need a tow in the future or know of anyone who does, Evans Towing will be the first I call. read more

They were extremely rude and disrespectful when I called them. I needed the name of their driver to give to the police officer who was siting my friend with a hefty ticket for blocking the sidewalk. The guy told me "you need to shut the f*ck up and change your f*cking attitude". He also told me that it was my fault because I was not home, and had too many cars in front of my house.....despite the open spots on the street in front of neighbors. I would not recommend this towing company. First they denied the towing from usaa because it was coming from another towing yard. Then they picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at the collision shop with the keys in the car and unsecured with the excuse that the vehicle was not drivable. Also the collision shop said it was dropped off overnight with no communication with them. When I called they were rude and deflecting. No accountability or apology. Totally over the top performance! My diesel rig and 40 ft fifth wheel didnt make it up the beeline highway en route to Rosie with an overheating issue. We started at 2 pm with Farmers roadside assistance, By 8 pm and 3 tow companies later we left for home as it was on a hill on a curve and getting dark. While we slept Farmers found Evans towing. They went to assess the situation and came upwith a plan involving 2 tow units to complete the recovery. We made contact the next morning and arranged for the truck to be dropped at our residence AND my fifth wheel was taken to storage as I couldnt pull it with a disabled truck. 3 companies tried and failed after taking the job cuz they didnt read the whole ticket. Evans read it and did the extra work required to get the job done! As a licensed general contractor I will use Evans exclusively in all our towing needs moving forward- Can do!!! read more
