They sat there and argued with eachother for 30 to 45 min and told me the old owners stole the money and I had to sue them with the phone number on my coupon. I told them it's not my fault they changed owners and if they want to make it right they will still accept the coupon. Finally they agreed to only give me a 1 hour massage I figured I would just take that instead of nothing. The massage was good she did focus on my areas that were hurting but when I left they told me if I could tip which I didn't like. With the name relax zone I really thought it would be a relaxing experience but it really was very awkward and uncomfortable.

To top it off, when it came time to pay, I said I'd use a card. She immediately asked for a tip, and when I declined, she said there was a $2 card fee--nowhere posted, no signage, no disclosure.
