Since I had left the hospital thinking they would keep her overnight, the hospital recommended that AMR give her a lift home. They provided no services except for the approximate 8-mile ride home. The total bill for that lift home cost us around $2,000! I was livid when I saw the bill. Be aware! If you can get yourself to or from the hospital safely, do it Do not take a ride from this company! I can't even imagine their charges if they had actually provided oxygen or anything else for a real emergency! Never again!
