I wasted my time, did all the paperwork, and sat through long wait times... for absolutely nothing. The whole process feels like a bait-and-switch: you make an appointment with the doctor and they shuffle you to someone else without telling you, then act surprised when you're confused. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and patient communication, I honestly don't feel confident trusting them with something as serious as this treatment. Extremely disappointing experience. I'm switching offices because this was a total waste of time.

Young (Hispanic) accented female, did not apologize, explain or try to smooth over snafu. She rudely & impatiently asked my name. I told her then was hung up on again! I am Hispanic, work with physicians & happened to have an Internist nearby hearing my conversation on voice speaker. He was shocked, as was I, & referred me to a colleague Dr. Kendall, whom I will be calling. Wonder if these dermatologists that staff such rude people realize how it affects their practice or if they even care! Do not recommend unless you have masochistic tendencies. What a shame for what might have turned out to be quality MD's.

La espera no es prolongada, te atienden rápido, las muchachas de front desk son muy amables, la atención excepcional y la doctora nada más que vió a mi hija me dijo lo que tenía y le recetó un aceite, una linea de cuidado de la piel como detergente de ropa y body wash y también una crema medicada y al día siguiente de estar usando ese aceite la piel de mi hija ya estaba diferente y en menos de una semana la piel estaba completamente sana, suave y hermosa. Realmente tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa y seguiré viniendo con mi hija cuando tenga algún problema en su piel y sin dudas recomiendo este lugar porque fue lo mejor que nos pasó a mi y a mi hija pequeña.

Then Doctor Kendall came in, did not even introduce herself, I found out it was her because of her demanding demeanor. She looks at me and says "let me see how bad it is" referring to my issue area (that is not even bad. Just came to perfect my skin) Then the nurse writes 3 prescriptions and continues to walk out of the room without asking me ONE QUESTION about my body, what may cause my issue or anything doctors normally ask and just says I can go. 5 minutes after I leave this incredibly rude nurse calls me telling me I need to pay $100 for my "treatment". Extremely confused I asked them to clarify. She just said you need to pay for the shots, we just ran your insurance and its $100 if you don't pay we'll call collections to come after the bill. At this point I'm upset because they didn't even run my insurance before seeing the doctor to see if i would've liked the treatment or not because of the price! I ask to speak with the doctor but they refuse to put her on. I will be there Monday morning bright and early to settle this. There is no way I am getting ripped off by such an unprofessional, thief of a dermatologist office. My insurance also recommended to report them to the insurance bureau of Florida as well as the medical bureau. Will be doing that tomorrow morning as well.
