Aurturo & his grew did a great job on my palm tree's pruning them ....after they froze during the winter storm ... I'll def. use him again

Our newly laid sod began to die despite lots of rain and watering so we realized that it's probably time to trim our trees. We have a mix of about 10-12 mature pecan/elm/oak trees in our backyard plus a lot of tree and brush overhang from our neighbor's yard (another story) that hadn't been trimmed in years so they definitely had their work cut out for them. After about 2 weeks of back and forth communication we finally got a date nailed down and the crew arrived on time at 8:30am and trimmed all the trees/brush and was gone by 4pm that afternoon with the entire yard cleaned up and utterly free of limb and leaf debris. It looks fantastic and so different and I really wish we had called sooner. I'm so pleased and can't recommend them enough. Price was reasonable given the scale of the job, but not cheap per se. I'm happy to pay a little more for a professional who takes great care of our property assets and cleans up after themselves. Well done! read more

We had a beautiful 40 ft tree in the backyard. Unfortunately it grew crooked toward the house. After a bad storm several large branches broke off and hit the roof. We had to take it down. Arturo and his crew were amazing! The tree was taken down and not one leaf hit our roof, fence or deck! Prompt, professional and skilled. The entire job took a bit less than an hour. I sent a request through Yelp and Arturo answered right away, came out a few hours later, and gave me an estimate cheaper than others who also came. Then there was a problem getting a hold of him via either email or phone; he finally called back and said there was a problem with his phone. He came when he said he would, talked to me about some problems he saw, did the job, and cleaned up perfectly. Arturo did an amazing job with our trees! We had about several large trees that had not been cleaned up in years and some smaller trees we wanted removed. I asked Arturo to take a look at a problem tree at a house in Austin. It was right next to a fence in a narrow passageway between the fence and the house. It had branches extending over both the roof of my house and the roof of the house next door. The tree had died and was beginning to drop large branches so it had to be removed. Plus, the tree was only a few feet away from the air conditioning unit. So, I was worried that either of the houses or the AC unit could be damaged in taking the tree down. I called Arturo for an estimate and he was able to come over immediately. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to start the job that very day, and finished up the next morning. He trimmed some very large limbs and branches that were encroaching onto my roof. He seemed very skilled and conscientious, and when he was done he removed all the branches and limbs from my yard. Hey Yelpers!!! You have to use Arturo Sanchez for your tree work!! His price is great and his service is even better! He is extremely attentive and helpful and genuinely appreciates your business! He trimmed the trees around our lake property for us which was tricky! There are trees growing up from the side of a cliff that were blocking our lake view so Arturo managed to trim these trees perfectly all while sending me photos of the work in progress!!! I didn't even have to be out there! It was awesome!! The icing on the cake was his servant attitude and friendliness!! If every service provider was like Arturo, they would have more business than they could handle! If I can figure out how to do it, I am including one before and after picture that he sent me.
